Just taking a moment, thank the support I have been given on this writing challenge. My created characters give me a certain amount of coverage, and my mind separates from a story and me in real life.
The first hitch was for me; I needed to write at the beginning of my divorce ( no divorce in real time). My conscious mind needed to give the unconscious logic this wasn't cheating.
So, I added that detail.
Second, writing from the first person brought out a huge feeling of self-conscious and insecurities. Yet, it also has me feeling aspects of this encounter, not what sight can only do. Hunnie and Yari are my Black Goddesses, but I don't have huge cut outs of them. So I have a good idea of their looks, but it's not enough. I know they have beautiful voices and strong Black women identities. So I write this all senses are evolved...
The first two official chapters have been well received on Tumbler...
Hopefully, I won't disappoint in the last two chapters.
