Summary: A three-year relationship has been ended by your (B/F/N) because he thinks you've been cheating on him, which isn't true. But you have someone to comfort you...
(Y/N) walked through the streets, hugging herself as it rained above her. She wiped her eyes, trying to wipe the tears that rolled down her face.
"Godammit! Why did he do this...?" (Y/N) muttered as the rain fell down harder. 'After three years... Why did he think I was cheating on him...? When he was the one who was cheating on me!' (Y/N) thought to herself.
She saw a tree ahead of her that had a little bit of cover for her. She walked over and stood under it.
She sat down and pulled her legs to her chest as she cried, waiting for the rain to soften a little bit before she made her way home.
"(Y/N)?"
She looked up to see her best friend of ten years, Tae Young, standing above her with an umbrella.
"What are you doing out here? You're soaking wet! Are you trying to catch a..." Tae Young trailed off when he saw his friend's face.
He looked even more worried and concerned as he kneeled down in front of her. "What's wrong? Are you okay?" Tae Young asked her.
(Y/N) shook her head as a no. She wiped her eyes as Tae Young held his hand out to her. (Y/N) grabbed it before he helped her up.
"Come on. Let's go to my house and you can tell me what happened," Tae Young told her as he put the umbrella above them.
(Y/N) nodded as she smiled at him slightly. They walked down the street towards Tae Young's house. Tae Young kept stealing glances at her, to which she was staring at the ground.
After ten minutes of walking, they arrived at Tae's house. He unlocked the door before (Y/N) walked inside, not glancing at him.
He shook the water off the umbrella outside before closing it. He walked inside and closed the door behind him. He set the umbrella down by the door before he walked over to (Y/N).
"Go take a warm shower and put on some of the dry clothes that you left here for when we're having sleepovers. Leave the wet clothes by the laundry and I'll wash them later," Tae Young told her.
(Y/N) nodded before walking down the hallway. She walked into the spare bedroom and pulled out a spare change of clothes. She walked out before inside the bathroom.
She turned the shower on before taking off her clothes. She folded her wet clothes before setting them down on the sink counter.
She stepped inside the shower before she started to clean herself. After twenty minutes, we stepped out of the shower, shutting it off.
She grabbed a towel before drying herself. She put the spare change of clothes before drying her hair as much as she could with the towel.
She walked out of the bathroom, with the wet towel and clothes in her hands. She walked over to the laundry before setting down by the washing machine.
Once (Y/N) set them down, she walked back down the hallway to the kitchen. She walked into the room to see Tae Young making (F/M).
He looked at her as she entered to room. "Have a seat. I'll be done in a few minutes," Tae Young told her. (Y/N) nodded before she sat down at the dining table.
Neither of them talked for a few minutes before Tae Young brought (F/M) over to (Y/N). He set the plate down before sitting next to her. (Y/N) started eating the meal.
"Do you wanna talk about what happened?" Tae Young asked her. (Y/N) swallowed her mouthful before looking at him. "Can I... Finish this before I talk about it?" (Y/N) asked him. Tae Young nodded.
"Yeah, sure," he told her. After a few minutes, she finished eating the food before setting the plate in the sink.
The two walked into the living room before sitting down on the couch. (Y/N) pulled her legs close to her as she hugged herself. Tae Young looked at her concerned. "What's wrong?" he asked her.
(Y/N) looked at him. "(B/F/N) broke up with me," (Y/N) told him, causing Tae Young's eyes to widen. "What?!" Tae Young exclaimed.
(Y/N) nodded slowly. "Yeah. He said that I was cheating on him with you, but he just said that to cover that he was cheating on me on another woman for almost two years... I guess I got played for two years of my life," (Y/N) dryly chuckled before she frowned.
Tae Young frowned before he pulled (Y/N) into a hug, her head leaning on her chest. "He didn't deserve you, (Y/N). If (B/F/N) can't see that, then he wasn't the one for you," Tae Young told her.
(Y/N) cried slightly as she buried her head in his chest. Tae Young frowned before pulling closer as she cried.
