Becoming friends

"Really...?" The brown haired boy said "of course " I said normally "I'm Gregory by the way"
He said "I'm Y/N" I said while smiling  "come on let's go to class" I said. I pulled his hand and started running to class

When we entered the class everyone was whispering and looking at us "who's he" a student said "this is Gregory the new student " Mrs Mary said . Layla( y/n's enemy)and her friends laughed at him
"Haha he looks so poor I bet he doesn't even have money " I looked over to Gregory I could see his eyes tearing up and he ran away . "Gregory wait!" I shouted .

(Gregory pov)

I ran to the bathroom crying because of layla *in mind* she thinks i look poor now maybe y/n thinks I'm weird because I look poor

4 minutes later

I went back to class and y/n looked sad "what's wrong y/n?" I said "Gregory!" They shouted and they hug me I turned tomato red from that and ran away

(Y/n pov)

"Gregory is kinda cute don't ya think?" I said to my best friend Abigail "Oooooh someone's got a crushhhh 😏" she said teasingly
"Shut up Gregory's cominggg" I said panicking "what were you guys talking about?" Gregory said innocently "we were just talking about how y/n lik-" I covered her mouth knowing what she will say . Gregory turned to look at me and smiled "who do you like?🙂" Gregory said
I hesitated "I- Uh- Um- I- Eh- NOBODY!!" I shouted "o-ok" Gregory said "wanna go to my house later?" I said happily ."oh- by the way meet my friend Abby" I said "hello Abigail" Gregory said.I looked away looking mad and Gregory noticed "what's wrong y/n?" "Nothing!" I said "Sorry about Layla earlier she's just really mean she thinks she's a queen lol" Abby said "oh it's fine.."
