ZHAN'S POV

I saw Yibo entering the car after realizing there is no way he can decline me which made me smile as he really looked so cute being confused and defeated if only I could freely pinch those chubby cheeks of his. I don't even know when did I start getting attracted to him I just realize it waking up one morning how I always look forward seeing him everyday, being with him all the time. Maybe I was attracted to him since the first time I laid my eyes on him, or after I saw how hard working he is I don't know but I know I'm in love with my secretary who works for me for almost two months now

"order anything you want" I said as he looks up the menu and he just nodded me still confused and shy

"sir uhmmm I just want to say thank you" he said after the waiter left to get our order

"for what?" I ask though I know why is he thanking me

"for uhmmm getting me out of the team dinner this time" he shyly said looking everywhere but me

"why aren't you joining them in the first place, do you perhaps have any problem with them" I ask

"no sir, I uhhm- I - I'm just not a fan of gatherings" he answered

"ironic you're working in the industry where social gatherings are frequent" I chuckled I notice he he finally look at me with a surprise look

"what?" I ask

"sir are you sure your my boss not a carbon copy?" he stated

"huh?" I ask dumbfounded

"you laughed" he again said

"and?" I ask not getting his point

"this is the first time I heard you laugh, am I dying now?" he dramatically stated which made me laugh again which also made him look at me or more like stare at me so cutely and before I can control myself I was already pinching his cute cheeks

"cute" I openly commented I saw him blush after that which made my already pounding heart beat pound more in delight which I don't know that's even possible oh god this cutie in front of me will be the death of me

" I'm not cute sir" he pouted oh god he looks really cute can I just claim that kissable lips of his, can I just do that right now

"yes you are" I argued he was about to say something when our food already came

" I'm not" he said before concentrating on his food

"cute" I said again before also digging in

I saw he was about to say something but decided to shut his mouth and put all his frustration in the food in front of him stuffing it in his mouth making his cheeks round ugh I want to bite those d*mn

"thank you for the treat sir" he said once were out since he insist on paying his own bill but I'm more stubborn than he is so he got no choice but to let me pay everything

I just smiled at him and once again I found him staring at me

"I really think something wrong with you today sir" he again said looking at me

"what is it?" I asked

"first you laughed and now you're smiling, tell me sir, am I getting fired?" he said which made me laugh again at him

"why? Am I not allowed to laugh and smile?"

"no, no sir absolutely not" he answered panicking

"it's the first time I hear you laugh and smile" he added "you always show your cold expression everyday and your voice is also always cold I never saw you smile even when you attend events or gatherings" he further explained with a smile
