the first laugh

A fairy is born when a baby first laughs, and so a giggle erupts from the mouth of an infant and that laugh glows like sun on a summer day, the glow of the babies laugh turns into a dandelion flower, the dandelion travels through trees and meadows until it reaches one tree, the great big trees branches shading the grass beneath as the flower flips upside down from the wind and lands in front of a small mushroom among a field of grass and flowers, a small girl comes out from the underneath of the flower petals, a girl with wings? a fairy.

"look she's here" a person whispers

in front of the girl is a crowd, all sitting on different flowers and leaves comfortably, all staring at her with intense and eager eyes. The crowd is blocked from her view as a shimmering gold dress comes into place.

"welcome to pixie hollow" a voice says in front of her

the shimmering gold dress is being worn by a beautiful women with a warm smile and beautiful long hair that tied up into a lower bun, with a well fit flower crown atop her head.

"sorry where am i" the girl asks to the lady

"you are in pixie hollow, tinkerbell, and i am queen clarion" she replies

"my name is tinkerbell?" the girl questions

"yes you are, and you need to find your talent" the woman says pointing tinkerbell to many red and white mushrooms in front of her, each mushroom with a different floating element or tool on top of the mushroom.

"go out and touch one" queen clarion implies, pointing at the samples.

tinkerbell walks forward a couple steps and stops in front of a mushroom with a floating tornado on it tinkerbell goes to run her fingers through the fast wind, the tornado dies and disappears, a scoff comes form the crowd as tinkerbell looks back at the woman for reassurance, the woman nods and tinkerbell looks back at the mushroom and goes to the next one. This time theres a floating water droplet, again tinkerbell reaches out the water droplet burst and disappears, tinkerbell huffs and walks to the next mushroom. this one has a hammer on it with a stick for a handle and a pebble for the head, all tied together with leaves and vines. tinkerbell reaches out and touches the hammer with the tips of her fingers, she grabs the hammer around the handle and successfully holds it, a small section of the crowd applauses with excitement.

"what does this mean" tinkerbell asks, turning back to the queen.

"this means you are a tinker fairy, your talent is to innovate things and help pixie hollow be a better place" the women says with a wide smile on her face. "go with bobble and clank and they will take you to your house" queen clarion says pointing to two boys walking towards tinkerbell with excitement on their face. one boy was taller than the other, he had strawberry blonde hair and goggle on that made his eyes look a lot bigger than they actually were. The other was small and chubby, they had longish dark brown hair and they were both wearing green outfits to match their tinkering talent.

the crowd and queen clarion all left and flew away back to their busy jobs and projects, dispersing to different places in pixie hollow.

"hello there mate, i'm clank by the way, i use they/them pronouns and this is bobble, he uses he him pronouns" said clank pointing to themselves and then to the tall boy next to them.

"hello im tinkerbell, i use she/they pronouns i think" tinkerbell replies

"anyway well take you to your'e house and show you around then you can get started as a tinkering fairy" bobble says

"so how many different talents are there" tinkerbell asks

"well theres the gardening fairies, water fairies, dust keeper fairies, animal fairies, fast flying fairies, light fairies and of course tinkering fairies like us" clank says

"they're all pretty self explanatory jobs" bobble adds.

"although beware of vidia, she's a fast flying fairy and really mean, she always thinks she is better then people so don't get on her bad side" bobble says

"yea i did once and it was not fun" clank says

all three of the tinkering fairies start walking to tinkerbell's house to get her started to her new lifestyle, however tinkerbell has one thing lingering on her mind... vidia.
