Chapter 10: Birthdays and Halloween

(Y/N's POV)

Today is October 2nd 2021. Noah, and his sister Chloe, turn 17 tomorrow. I already contacted Mr. and Mrs. Schnapp and told them that I was coming in for the day to surprise Noah. I got the twins birthday presents that they would be ecstatic to get. I got Noah and I a ticket to a Harry Styles concert for that same night in Madison Square Garden because we were both dying to go to one and that's all Noah said he wanted to do the past week. I haven't met Chloe in-person yet. I've only ever met her through FaceTime, but i know she has a jewelry making business, so i got her supplies for that, along with a polaroid camera because Noah says she needs a new one cause her's broke, some film for the camera, along with a bunch of clothes, face masks for a spa day, and a bath bomb. I wanted both of their gifts to equal around the same price and Chloe's was only like 1 dollar more just because of sales tax. My parents drove me down to Scarsdale and I snuck into the Schnapp's house while Chloe and Noah were out grabbing their Domino's pizza to have for lunch along with some bread bites. Around 10 minutes later they came back. Noah put down the pizza, and I sneakily ran up behind him and gave him a hug and said hello to him, and then I said hello to Chloe and I wished them both a happy birthday. We had pizza and then I gave them their gifts. They were so grateful and Noah screamed when he saw that I had a HSLOT (Harry Styles Love On Tour) ticket for him. We hung out for a couple hours and then went down to Madison Square Garden to go see the concert. He thanked me so much and then we went back to his house, we had cake, and then I slept over because it was almost 12am and my parents wouldn't pick me up. I changed into sweatpants that Noah let me borrow since I didn't have anything with me other than the HSLOT shirt I got at the merchandise stand. Noah and I went under the covers and started cuddling with each other and we both drifted off to sleep. The next day I hung out with Noah until like 1:30 in the afternoon until my parents picked me up. After I got back to Y/H/T, I went to our town's local Party City to get a Halloween costume. Obviously, since season 4 isn't out yet and is still in post-production no one knows about my character, so they didn't have it, I decided to leave the store and call the Duffer Brothers to see if it was okay that I was gonna use the actual costume from the show for my Halloween costume, and they agreed and let me, but if anyone asked what I was say that it's "What I think Max Mayfield would wear in season 4 of Stranger Things." This is what my outfit looks like:

A blue zip up hoodie with a neon yellow shirt and then your classic jeans with white sneakers and my red wig like this except the whole head is red instead of just the ponytail. I cannot WAIT for Halloween!

(TIME JUMP)

Noah's POV

Today is October 31st, it's Halloween! I'm going to Y/H/T to visit Y/N for Halloween and then for her birthday which is tomorrow. I'm going trick-or-treating dressed up as Will Byers and Y/N said she's going as Stephanie Mayfield, she also said that her neighborhood always gives out the best candy and I love candy. I arrived at Y/N's house and then knocked at her door. I cannot wait to see her again.

Y/N's POV

I heard a knock at my door and my parents told me to go answer it, so I did. I opened up the door and I saw Noah. I gave him the biggest hug ever and then showed him around my house, along with a tour of the neighborhood and told him what houses give out what type of candy, mostly every year. We got back to my house and I saw that my cousins came over. They live a couple hours away so they always drive in for Halloween and my birthday and then leave the next day. I introduced them to Noah. My cousins are 6 and 9 and Noah treated them so kindly and even played Monopoly with both of them. We then all went out to go trick-or-treating. My 6 year old cousin Paige went as Anna from Frozen 2 and my 9 year old cousin Emma went as Elsa. We came home after about 2 hours and we got some really good candy. Noah and I put my cousins to bed as my parents and my aunt and uncle went out to a family friend's Halloween party. Then Noah and I watched a couple episodes of Stranger Things until we saw that the time was 11:50 pm. We ran upstairs to my room and got a 14 to 15 age TikTok sound along with a world clock on my laptop. We got the time perfectly matched up and at the end Noah kissed me. I posted the TikTok to my account and it got a bunch of likes which I was happy about. It was only 12:05 am and I got text messages from everyone in the cast. I was surprised Millie even texted me because it was 5am because she is in the UK and she said that she didn't even have school. I texted back everyone and said something along the lines of  "THANK YOU SO MUCH (insert name here)!!! IT MEANS SO MUCH TO ME. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH AND I MISS YOU. YOU'RE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!" and my parents also texted me, because they didn't want to go in my room in case i was asleep, and I replied back and said "Thank you mom and dad!! Love you guys <3" I then plugged in my phone and went under the covers cuddled up with Noah. Later that morning around 9am, I got woken up by Noah giving me a kiss on the cheek and telling me to wake up and to go downstairs. I walked downstairs and my cousins gave me a big hug and then it was my aunt and uncle and then my parents and then Noah gave me a hug and a kiss and then Paige and Emma screamed "gross" at us and we started dying laughing. My mom made a triple decker Eggo extravaganza for all of us and we all loved it. Noah and I got into his car and we made a Starbucks run so I was able to get a free drink. He dropped me off at my house and he said he would be back in about an hour or two so my cousins and I played board games. Noah came back two hours later with bags in his hands and a box on top of it. My mom took the box and opened it up and put 15 candles on it. I had an 80s themed birthday cake in honor of Stranger Things season 4. I opened up all of my presents from my family and I was so grateful. Now it was time for Noah's presents. The first thing I opened was a framed photo of the first photo we took together when we met each other. Then an unknown number FaceTimed my phone and Noah made me hit answer and Noah screen recorded my phone. It was Taylor Swift who ended up calling me and told me that she wants me featured in the Enchanted music video when she rerecords it along with Noah. I obviously said yes and she said "yes! You will be absolutely phenomenal in it." and she scratched her face and there was a paper ring on her finger. I look over at Noah and he has two paper rings. One for me and one for him he gave it to me and I was so happy and Taylor looked so happy for me. Then she added Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, and Zayn Malik to the call and they said "Hi Y/N! Happy 15th Birthday" and they sang Happy Birthday to me. Everyone but Harry and Taylor left the call and they told me that they were right outside my house about to do a private concert for me and that Noah got tickets for the V.I.P pit section for Harry's concert tomorrow for the both of us. This was actually a dream come true and I couldn't believe my eyes and ears that I was in the same room as my boyfriend Noah Schnapp, and Harry Styles and Taylor Swift. I was so happy that they both sang fifteen (taylor's version) because it was the best possible option they could choose. After 2 hours, they gave me a big hug and I thanked them so much and they said happy birthday to me again, took many photos with me and left. I posted a couple photos to my instagram with the caption "at fifteen... @taylorswift @harrystyles @noahschnapp". This was the best birthday ever and I knew that I was gonna love being 15.
