venti arrived home safely and opened the door, " im home! " he shouted. his parents didn't answer, his mom was too busy planning him to sing 505 again while his dad is just watching the news and being careless. 

venti sighed and walked up to his room, sitting down on his bed. he rested his wings but while doing that, he accidentally dropped a letter. 

he picked it up and stared at it, " a letter? " venti read it obviously. " ugh.. they're telling me i have to perform 505 again tomorrow? can't i seriously get a break. " he threw it aside. 

xiao rested his gray wings as he watched the sun go down, he went on his phone and went on twitter. everybody was going crazy over a tweet saying, " omg! i heard venti is gonna perform 505! " he checked who posted it, it was @yaebaess . 

he shrugged, not being surprised. being the curious boy he is, he clicked on the replies. 

@eibaess: ' yess, i heard! 🥰 '

@hutao77th: ' cool!! !!!!!!!! '

@stanaether: ' im def gonna beg aether to go with me ' 

@stanlumine: ' im going with lumine >:) '

@fireworkgirl: ' nice!! im helping set up green fireworks, just need to find the safety! :D '

he smiled at the replies, he couldn't let these people down. they were all expecting a performance from him, they were all excited. well one person wasn't.

 " wow, he doesn't live up to his name at all. " venti thought. he sighed and put his phone away, venti looked at the stars and practiced on his lyre for a while.

sorry for this short chapter! also if your wondering wheres the xiaoven, it's gonna be on the next chapter where xiao starts thinking about venti more and more, non stop.
