My sleep was disturbed by the bright sunlight and I sat up rubbing my eyes.

It took me a few seconds to realize where I was.

"Priya must be worried..." I uttered and looked around to find Nishant sleeping at some distance outside the tree shade.

"If I leave he'll even make road his bedroom." I said to myself giggling.

"Nishant! Nishant!"

I screamed to wake him up and he sat up with a jerk.

"What?" He yelled feeling irritated.

"I'm going ahead if you want, you can stay here." I said getting up.

"Hey won't we get any signal here? He asked as he held his phone out.

The start of his KBC. I sighed.

"Hm... you are asking in the wrong timing sir." He stared blankly. "We don't even have an idea how to get out of this forest and you want signal?" I questioned sternly.

"No idea... what do you mean no idea?" He gasped in shock.

I gave no response.

"Arey, tell me something na?" He yelled.

I just shrugged and continued walking.

"Hey mental! Tell the answer to my question..." he pleaded running behind me. "You said people know this route very well, they come and go often at anytime."

"Now I will say if we go in the same direction for 10 minutes we will go back to my house. Will it happen?" I gave a quizzing look.

"No right? That's why."

"It means that Railway... temple... deity... is it a lie?" He asked drowned in his thoughts.

"All those are true. I heard it from my elders but I didn't visit them much. So I don't know exact paths. Practically we are lost."

He gasped inaudiblily as I said the last line.

"Why are worried now? You got time just enjoy." I cheered him patting his back.

"Enjoy? Are you mad? Do you even understand what you are saying? You don't know who you are going to marry? You don't know why he ran away? You don't know the route in the forest? Then too you came here to search for him. Now see we are lost!"

"Even then you are like enjoy. You have time."

He screamed in frustration.

"Hello mister. Why are you screaming at me? Did I hold your hand and plead you to come with me? Like you said I don't know you also. It's you who followed me. If you want you stay or else you can find your way and go back."

I said and turned my face away.

No soon, we started walking again this time not to find Rahul but to find our way out. When he left without caring about anything. Why should I or anyone care about him.

Moreover, there's a huge problem waiting for us at home. My father. If only Rahul was missing he might have sent his men but now even I'm not there so he might be panicking and question everyone. Most importantly Priya. My best friend. What will she say?

Ayyo... what I thought. What happened. I looked at Nishant. Who looked unbearably quiet somewhere I started feeling bad for him.

I broke a thin branch from the neem tree nearby and gave a piece to him.

I chuckled at his frown and said- "Brush your teeth Mr. Doctor."

He placed the stick in his mouth and looked around.

"What happened doctor? Ohho... you are worried about taking bath? It's okay you can bath after going home. For now you adjust. It will be new experience for you also."

I laughed out loud at his weird look and started running around the forest.

"Wow!" I exclaimed seeing the view after climbing a high stone nearby.

"Hey doctor, come fast... see the trees from here the sight is beautiful." I urged him.

He came close but sat on the stone turning away.

I sighed and climbed up a nearby fruit tree and started throwing few of them down.

"Doctor... have you ever thought. That you will come to a marriage, you'll meet a girl and you'll end up getting lost in the forest with. Arey... it's like a movie. No no, atleast we can predict it. But life is unpredictable. Whatever can happen in the next moment."

"We can go out of this forest but think once. If our time was bad, we might be in some other big trouble. Maybe dead...."

"Ahha."

His eyes widened in shock as I slipped and fell hurting my elbow.

He rushed towards me and started examining the wound silently.

I smiled looking at his concern for me.

"Who told you to climb up the tree now?" He chided.

"Do you know how to climb? We need to eat something to walk further na?"

He moved away and I sat beside him forwarding a fruit.

"You think am not scared?" I paused and said again. "I will take you out of this forest. Trust me."

"Hmm..." He answered.

"Swecha... by God's grace if we get out of this forest and be found by your family. What will you tell them about me?"

"Since I am very beautiful and Rahul gone missing... I will tell them you bought me here by kidnapping me."

I stated playfully and he stood up in disbelief.

"Me? Kidnapping you?"
