Car ride

I got in the car and told her where to go. "So, who are your parents?" she asked. "My dad is Kal and my Mom is June but we dont know her very well," i say. "Oh, what happened?" she asked. "Uh- well she became a dr-g addict and abandoned us," i say. "Im so sorry," she says. "It's okay, im y/n by the way," i say. "Im Rose and this is Jett my baby boy," she says. "Aww cute," i say looking back at the baby sleeping. "Have any siblings?" she asked. "Yea, Jye, he's my twin," i say. "Oh cool," she says. "How was school?" she asked. "its was good, except teachers had me doing different stuff all day," i say. "How come?" she asked. "Well I'm a higher level in all my classes and the teachers think I've got some gift or something," i say. "Or your just really smart and good at school," she says with a laugh. "Yea,"i say.
We talk about heaps of stuff and we talk about personal things. I was comfortable around her as she kinda had the same childhood.

A few minutes later we arrived at my house. "Thanks so much," I say. "It's okay," she says. "Uh- would you like to come for dinner tonight?" i asked. "i mean yea, if thats okay with your dad," she says. "Yea, he wouldn't mind," i say. We exchange numbers and then she leaves. I was collecting the mail when i seen Jye running towards me. "Uh- what are you doing?" I asked. He tackled me to the ground and starts pinching me. "That's for making me walk," he says while pinching me. "Get off me," i say. "Ow," i say. "Don't make me walk home again," he says still pinching me. "Ok fine," i say as i hit him in the shoulder making him get off.

"Dad!" i yell as i walk inside. "Yea!" he yells back. i walk into the room he was in and spoke to him. "What?" he asked. "I may have found someone," i say with a smirk. "Oo, who?" he asked. "Rose,"i say. "Cool,"he says. "By the way, she is coming for dinner tonight," i say making his eyes widen. "what?" she asked. "yea so get cleaned up, you stink," i say walking into the kitchen.

I started cooking dinner and my phone started ringing. *Jaden* I answer the call and lean my phone against the wall. "Hey," i say. "Hey," he says. "what do you want?" i asked. "Can i come over?" he asked. "yea sure," i said. "Okay, bye, be there  soon," he said while haning up.  I was in the kitchen making heaps of food when the door opened. "Y/n?" i heard Jaden say. "In the kitchen," i say. "Hey," he says hugging me from behind giving me butterflies. "Hey," i say. "Whatcha doin?" he asked. "Making dinner for dads future girlfriend," i say loud enough for dad to hear. "Really y/n, hey jaden," Dad said as he walked into the kitchen with 2 shirts. "Hey," Jaden says. "Which one?" she asked. "Uh- blue stripes," i say. "Jaden?" dad asked Jaden. "Yea blue stripes," he answered. "Ok," he says as he walks away.

It was now 5:30pm and dinner had finished being cooked. Someone was knocking on the door so i answered.
