Hey guys so this is my first story related to k-pop so I hope you enjoy. Shout out to stanstraightkids for encouraging me to actually upload this. Anyways.....I won't hold you any longer.

Today was the day. The day the countdown would begin. Felix let out a sigh. His eyes were still closed. He stretched his hand patting the table looking for his phone to turn off the annoying alarm.

He finally opened his eyes and blinked. Once his eyes finally adjusted to the light he got out of bed and carried on his daily morning routine. Once Felix made his way to the kitchen he saw his mother making breakfast. He pecked her cheek and greeted her.

"Good morning sweetie and Happy Birthday." His mom said as she placed a plate of pancakes for him. The said boy thanked his mother and began munching on the food before him.

Felix zoned out for a bit and began wondering what his soulmate was up to. The question led him to collect his thoughts and focus on all of his senses. An image appeared before his eyes. A shadow. It wasn't just any shadow. It was the shadow of his soulmate. The shadow rested on a familiar light marbled floor. The shadow moved with the swift movement of Felix's soulmate. It moved in beautiful mesmerising motions. His soulmate must have felt his presence because they came to a stop and began to wave lightly. This only caused a smile to appear on Felix's face. He waved back feeling the presence of his soulmate which meant they too were now watching him.

It wasn't the easiest to communicate by staring at one another's shadow and trying to portray words into actions, but they had managed better than most people. They had even learned a bit of sign language to help communicate a bit better.

The two didn't get much chance to communicate as another person appeared with Felix's soulmate and his soulmate left. Felix decided to snap back to consciousness to let his soulmate carry on with his day.

His expressions no longer held the light they usually do. Instead they held a moist cloud.

What If we don't meet in time? What if they don't like me?, He thought.

A sigh escaped his lips. His eyes locked with his mother who now had a worried expression. Felix just shook his head and offered a smile. Silently reassuring his mother that he was fine.

Felix' eyes landed on his watch and his eyes widned. He dashed out of his chair, repeatedly muttering "I'm late."

He grabbed his phone and his car keys and rushed out of the house nearly making it in time his job. He quickly wore the bakery uniform and began to work.

The rest of the day flew by. Just like always Felix drove around the city of Seoul trying to find his soulmate. Yes he knew where his soulmate was. He had moved from Australia just so he could meet his soulmate. The only problem was that Seoul was a large city with lots of people. It was nearly impossible to find his soulmate but that didn't mean he was going to give up.
