"My head hurts, ugh!" Jacob murmured as he slowly opened his eyes scanning everything around him not able to recognize where he had landed...

Paranoid, he stood up with an anxious feeling as if he was not alone and someone was stalking him. He was trying to recognize his entourage when suddenly a tiny unearthly creature started moving towards him; to be precise, it was a slimy living ball with huge adorable eyes.

Jacob panicked and started running away from it, although the living entity didn't have the intention to harm the guy, however, something deep inside filled him with fear; he didn't know what this creature was nor ever thought about something like that would exist. He thought that this kind of thing only existed in books and movies, and finding one of them right in front of his eyes was something he never wished for.

"Wait! Don't leave! I am not gonna cause you any harm! Why are you still moving?" Said the tiny blob while still following the freaking out dude in front of it.

Meanwhile, Jacob went into a dead end with no place to hide when the blob proceeded walking towards him making Jacob tremble, like a leaf crouched on the ground, all sweating and tears filling his eyes. He didn't know what he should do at that moment and was only hoping that he'd be safe at least.

"Hello! Allow me to introduce mysel..."

"My word! Who are you?! Why are you following me? I'm innocent!" Jacob was terrified and started yelling as loud as his throat could interrupting the creature's speech.

"Fear not! For I am not going to injure you! I was about to propose a friendly suggestion when your blood ran cold," the blob slightly pursed its lips and then continued with the conversation, "I was just going to ask for some information so I can help you to get out of the lousy situation you fell into!"

Jacob was in two minds, he wasn't sure if it was a great idea to let the blob know everything about him, but he also wanted to increase his understanding concerning his bizarre situation, so he was forced to let the words out.

"Well, to be honest, I am unable to recall what happened, I just found myself thrown in this mysterious place," explained Jacob. "Moreover, I can't even remember who I am and where I was!"

"Aw, darling, poor you. I will never leave you alone. In addition, I'll help you to achieve your desired knowledge. As far as I am concerned, we should look for the key to success, for now, I am unable to tell you everything. However, you must look for the comprehension you are inquiring about." The blob declared.

Jacob decided to trust the blob with everything, he thought that this way might help him to get out of the irritating planet he fell into and it was the only thing he wished for at that time.

The time was passing slowly, and Jacob was still confused about what he was supposed to do until the blob reappeared and convinced him to help him to complete some missions so that he can attain his goal.

Days had passed since the blob had decided to let Jacob stay in his domain so he could search for clues for the missions. Jacob has been worried and has almost lost his hope when the blob came back announcing the good news.

"Jacob! Here I am! I brought great news," the blob said, its voice as annoying as ever "After hours and hours of hard-working, I have finally found the right solution for your issue!" it added.

"That's fascinating! Fill me in!" yelled Jacob full of joy.

"Well, to commence, there are several missions that need to be accomplished, let me explain. On this planet, a silver tree can be located right after you combine five pieces of a crystal that contains great power! It is kinda complicated to acquire the crystals, but I do not doubt that you'll earn them."

Jacob's curiosity encouraged him to start the missions, "I'm in! What should I do to earn them?" he asked with hope filling his eyes.

"The first mission requires you to find the pieces and after that, you must cut the silver tree so you can unleash the power of the crystal. Let's get started shall we?"

Jacob and the blob started their journey to complete the tasks. Jacob wasn't sure how he would be able to discover the place where the crystals were located cause he wasn't from this planet and he didn't know anything about it.

They walked for hours and hours and Jacob was almost discouraged, so the blob suggested that each one of them should go on his own, in this way, the search will be more effective.

Jacob agreed and went to check the plains nearby when suddenly he fell from a high place and found himself in a weird cave. It was dark in there so he couldn't recognize everything correctly. Out of the blue, he heard a strange noise, so he headed to the source where he found some strange small beasts, each one has one eye and an antenna planted on top of their tiny heads. However, one of them mysteriously had no antenna, but instead, a shining piece of glass was stuck in his head. Jacob suspected that it was the crystal piece he needed so he picked up the tiny creature, softly played with it to distract its attention, and gently took off the piece out of its head.

Unexpectedly, right after removing the shiny glass, the ground started shaking and cracking under his feet. Jacob started yelling as he ran for his life until he found a safe place. What happened was surely a sign that this was one of the five crystals he had been looking for. The blob showed itself right after observing what occurred drawing a wide smile on its face.

"Wow! That was fast..." the blob giggled before dancing around Jacob celebrating.

"You seem happier than me huh? Glad I'm still alive, my death was closer than expected." Jacob questioned, and his right eyebrow curved up. It's kinda suspicious. He thought as he took a deep breath before asking again "Now, where should we go?"

"Oh well, I guess I am happy to help you, that's why I am over-excited," the blob moved its eyes from Jacob to the wall before continuing."Now, shall we head to the next destination?"
