Chapter one: A Bad Day At School

It was 5 days ago before the city turned into chaos, 5 days ago before people started killing each other, it was 5 days ago before the military is going to bombard my city, it was 5 days ago before...... THE APOCALYPSE!!!

It started 5 days ago, my friends and I were hanging out at the canteen when suddenly, we heard an explosion. We ignored it and continue with our lunch. A few minutes latter, we heard a commotion at the side gate of our school so we went to check it out, we were shock to see a guy biting our school security guard. The guard died but the hands were moving. Suddenly he slowly rose up from the ground and started killing students and staffs.

There was an announcement by the principle telling everyone to group up at the assembly hall. My friend, Jonathan called us all to go to the gym to take weapons. I got myself a golf club, Nathan(my best friend) and Jonathan got baseball bats and Olivier got a cricket bat.

When Nathan turned on the television and the news came up, the news lady said "Researchers had said that the explosion has caused this madness and they advise to board up your windows and doors and also prepare weapo- AGHHH!!!!! THE BODIES ARE-" the lights suddenly went out and we founded our school lost electricity. Oliver said,"we have to get out of this school or we are going to die!". Jonathan said, "No were not, we have to go to the P.E. department up there to get Coach Steven's car keys and rush to the car park because Coach Steven uses a Hummer!".

The P.E. department was empty but we will be prepared for anything. We found some food and water so we decided to empty our school bags and stuff it in, we also found a survival guide and we stole Coach Steven's car keys. When we were about to leave, a suddenly zombie lunged on to me trying to bite me, luckily Oliver smashed the zombie's head and saved me.
