The Zombie Apocalypse

Chapter 3: The tables have turned

I asked "do you have any guns?", she said," yeah in the hut, they are pistols". I thanked her and we all left the shop and continued our journey to Jonathan's house. I was staring at Olivia and thinking, why would god let this beautiful girl suffer in the apocalypse.

Me, Nathan and Samuel loaded our pistols. Nathan asked why is it heavy, Samuel replied ,' it's a real gun and made from metal, not a toy plastic one'. Suddenly, a huge horde of zombies attack the shop. We quickly reinforce the shop and barricaded ourselves in a large room. The room has lots of things that we can use to build a bunker.

We were prepared to fight the horde but, we heard the banging stopped. Samuel went to take a peak, he told us it was a soldier with a suppressed MP5 so we went out to thank him. Jonathan asked, "what is your name?", he replied with a short and simple answer, "Rodger". I said, "my name is Joseph, that was Jonathan, and that's Samuel, Nathan, Oliver, Jamie and Olivia. Anyways, thank you so much for helping us". Rodger said, "no problem, where are you guys going?", Oliver replied "to Jonathan's house because there is a bunker there", Rodger said, "we'll it's getting dark, you should follow me until tomorrow morning, there is a camp nearby where you can stay".

When we reach the camp, people greeted us with open arms, Rodger told us the names of everyone in the camp, there were only 5 people. Jamie asked, "since when was this here?", a guy named Marco said,"a few days ago, our neighborhood was the first to get infected, not sure why", a woman named Jane said, "come join us for dinner over by the campfire, Jeff will join us after he came back from the town".

A few minutes latter, Jeff reached camp. Jeff came back with a smile on his face and he said "great news, I got pistols for everyone so tomorrow we start training."

After dinner, Jeff showed us around camp and told us where we can sleep. We decided to train our shooting skills so we asked Jeff if we can use the shooting range. He said yes and he lead us to a place with tin cans not so far away from camp and we started shooting.

After 30 minutes, we decided to get back to camp because its getting late. Once we reach camp, we ran straight to our sleeping place, we went straight to sleep.
