A lot of time has passed since the events at the dock and [your name] had distanced himself from RWBY and there was a sudden decline in crimes in vale but as well a major incline in murders.

1 in the morning

[Yout name] was walking around the streets blood dripping from your weapon all the marks on your body glowing a bright red.

You had spotted your next victim a human man pulling a girl just under the legal age to a alleyway while she struggled.

You hopped atop a rooftop summoning a spear filled with thorn like spikes you jumped down driving the spear through the man splitting him in 2.

As his corpse fell the girl screamed in fear while you just smiled as the blood splattered over your body.

"HAHAHA I'M BACK REMNANT!"you yelled taking a deep breath in the cursed marks on your body glowing red.

You heard some gaurds yelling about the scream and rushing over so you quickly retreated leaving the girl there with the corpse.

You jump onto the roof and run across them looking for your next potential victim only to be met by a team of huntsmen.

"Stop right there criminal scum"yelled one.

"You've committed crimes against sky- ack"both of them were hit over the head.

"Just come with us nice and calmly and we won't have to hurt you..."said the one who seemed to be the leader.

You chuckled gripping your weapons before that chuckle turned into a cackle"Yes yes come show me what you are capable of humanity!"

4 hours later

You were back at your form, the rest of your team was dead asleep so they didn't notice you.

You made your way to the restroom only to stop infront of the mirror you saw yourself, well your real self at least.

After a bit your team was out and headed to town you stayed near the back looking around at all the shops before stopping by a shop broadcasting the news.

"In New News, a mysterious vigilante is going around killing any person committing crimes our victims saved by this person have only this to say about it"

"That man no that thing was insane it glowed red like a grimm it probably was one"

"It was terrifying he split a man in half infront of me...."

"A vigilante is to good a title for a monster like that"

"People are up in arms about this mysterious killer, what are your thoughts"

"I don't know but the huntsmen will stop him and bring him to justice"says your team leader before accidentally bumping into a green haired girl

"Ah sorry miss I didn't see you there"he says helping her up.

"Hm yeah helping you, and requesting you return my team leaders wallet"you say causing emerald to freeze up a bit

Mercury just burst into laughter"Oh man aren't you suppose to be a good pickpocker"

Emerald goes red"shut up mercury and you why didn't you say anything when I first did it"she asked

Both look at you dumbfounded

The other two seem hesitant but follow anyway.
