Pandoria is a magical yet dangerous but pretty world next to ours. A character in the game got stuck in a crystal in there for several years until she was rescued by the soulriders. Being in Pandoria for too long can cause damage or death, therefore Jos has a scar, just like Anne has in the game after coming out of the crystal.
