The kids were growing up happily and healthy. They had their parents trying to teach them right from wrong and trying to help them control their powers. Sure, they both were worried about them both starting up school here soon as well. So, they went over everything possible for the pups to learn.
Inuyasha managed to get Serena's mind to stop worrying so much by having a little mommy and daddy time alone. Not long afterwards she went to work. Inuyasha went to the store.

As Inuyasha was out and about today by himself just shopping around for food for the kids and his wife.
When he ran into Kikyo shopping as well. As she waved at him. As he hadn't seen her since before, he and Serena were even a thing. As he thought it can't hurt to say hi right.

As he nodded, he could sit for about an hour.
