Valentina had finished qualifying and it couldn't have gone better,

P3 on her debut.

"Today couldn't have gone better for two." 𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐄 𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐊𝐇𝐀𝐌 smiled as she looked at the duo,

"I mean we could have had a one-two,"  Charles shrugged as he sipped his water,

"The race is where a one-two is actually important," Valentina grumbled as she tried to hold a straight face,

"How is being teammates going?" The journalist asked as she cocked her head,

"Ask us the same question in four races time," the Monegasque spoke in a duh tone,

"But so far no complaints," he added as there wasn't a lot more about the girl that irritated him,

Or at least nothing irritated him more than usual.

"As long as she doesn't take me out that won't change." The boy looked at his teammate and struggled to not crack a smile,

"If I remember correctly you were the one that usually went into the back of me." The German tried to keep some form of a poker face in the hopes of keeping media off of her back,

It wasn't really any kind of help when Charles wasn't playing along,

"Let's not fight before the big day," Charles shook his head as he bit his cheek,

"Charles, do you mind staying on for a few more questions?" The Brit asked as she wanted to talk to the pole sitter a bit more,

"No, not at all." Charles shook his head as he had a mental sigh of relief no longer having to stand next to his teammate,

"See you later," he added as he looked at the girl,

"Bye," Valentina awkwardly patted his back before she walked off.

"How are you feeling with your third teammate in three seasons?" Natalie asked as she didn't mean to sound rude but it was the truth,

"It's good," the Monegasque nodded as he ruffled his hair,

"She's good," he added not knowing what else to say,

"Is this the end of the rivalry between you two?" It was no secret that the Ferrari teammates hated each other prior to the move but the big question was,

Was it set to stay that way?

"We haven't even completed a race yet and you're already asking me that?" The Ferrari driver huffed as he began to get annoyed by the multiple questions he was beginning to get about the blonde.

"What are you thinking about?" George asked as he cocked his head seeing that Valentina was still glaring at her teammate,

"Why is he so good at bullshitting people?" Valentina let out a groan as she crossed her arms,

"Why do you care what he thinks all of a sudden?" The Brit teased as he softly elbowed the girl,

"Because he's a dick," the German spoke in a duh tone,

"You sure there isn't anything else?" The Mercedes driver cocked his head as he found this amusing,

"If you're implying that I like him you're wrong." The Ferrari driver spoke calmly as she had to say this to almost every driver on the grid,

"Your words not mine," the boy shrugged as he watched the girl scoff,

"But it wouldn't be too surprised if you did." He added with a shrug.
