''Jordy, Jordy' I hear chanting, as I look over towards the crowd. I quickly stand up and walk away from the piano, grabbing my mic, and face the audience. I bow swiftly as the cheers begin to grow and grow, 'JORDY! JORDY!-
"JORDY!" My brother Alec screams down my ear as I burst awake.
"Finally, God I've only been trying for the past ten minutes. Now hurry up we're gonna be late for the first day of SENIOR YEAR!" he practically shouts directly down my ear.
"You better have my coffee ready buddy," I grumble pointing an accusatory finger at him. He throws his hands up in the air and runs down the stairs. I soon start to get up out of bed not caring what I look like because it's still 7 in the morning.
"Goodmorning, blondie," Caleb my oldest brother says as he ruffles my hair making me push him away.
"Mornin' asshole," I look over to my right and see a cup of coffee sitting on the side as Alec pushes it across the table towards me, and winks. Gosh, how can someone be in such a good mood so early in the day? As soon as he does that Logan walks up to him wrapped in his Doona and demands a coffee as well while sitting at the table. Glad to know I'm not alone here.
As I finished my coffee my phone starts to light up from a message from Cecelia.

I just laugh at the two of them and start calling them.
"Heyy girl," Cecelia says as she jumps onto the screen, I just laugh at her until Malika appears and we watch as Cece starts to show me her 'outfit prospects'. I swear Cecelia is the most talented person ever, she designs all of her clothes, and she wants to be a music producer which she is equally talented at. After talking to Mal and Cece for a while, Logan knocks on my door to tell me Maddox is here to take us to school.
I walk out of the house making sure to double-check it's locked before leaving towards Maddox's Wrangler. Maddox is your typical bad boy, he sleeps around, breaks the rules, and never does what he's told, but he's been best friends with me and my brother since birth really. We've always had a love-hate relationship, but he's family.
"Morning Princess," I hear as I climb in the back and give him a wave with two fingers and a slight smile. Maddox just smirks slightly and starts to drive. We make it to school a few minutes before the bell and I walk into school with the boys. Eventually, I make it to Malika and I's locker which she and Cece are already standing at.
"Hey." we all say at the same time, as I start to put my books in my locker, all I can hear is Cecelia talking about this girl Anya she became obsessed with over the summer. It's cute if I'm being honest, I think she likes her. Suddenly a body is placed hard next to my locker and I jump slightly from the sound, I don't need to look up to know that it's Spencer, Maddox, and my brothers. While the girls say morning to them I look around to notice that Reese isn't around, when I turn to the boys my eyes immediately find Maddox's, he points towards the other side of the hall to Reese as if he read my mind just from my face. When I look over I'm not surprised to find Reese against a locker flirting with two girls at once. I don't know how he does it, to be honest, Reese is the definition of a player in both ways, he's also the star basketball ballplayer. Suddenly the bell rings and I turn to the twins, Alec and Logan, for our English class, saying bye to everyone.
I take my seat next to the twins and put my head on my hands already wanting it to be over. "Good morning class!" my teacher Mrs. Roland says cheerily as we all just grunt back. As the class continues the door opens and Mrs. Roland opens her arms toward them. A boy walks in, a very attractive boy might I add, and of course, being himself Alec raises his hand and says,
"Uhh Miss, he doesn't even go here." a few people chuckle at his reference while I just roll my eyes at him with a smile, Mrs. Roland ignores the comment before smiling at the new kid and greets him before turning to the class and saying,
"children this is Oliver Huxley, he's a new student here as Colderwell, and he'll be joining our class." I'm actually pretty excited to meet him he seems pretty cool, I think. Oliver just raises his hand and half salutes before miss tells him where to sit, I sit up as she points to the very empty desk next to me. Oliver walks up to me and sits at the desk he smiles at me and says hi, and I wave back before miss continues the lesson.
I catch myself during the class glancing at Oliver, he is a very attractive man he'll fit in nicely with the ladies, I must have been staring too long because soon he looks over at me.
"take a picture it'll last longer," he says cockily. I blush slightly from embarrassment (mainly for him tbh-A) and just shake my head turning back to the front of the class not wanting to make a bigger fool out of myself.
The class soon ends and I quickly try to get out and get to my math class, Mr. Flynn doesn't take lightly too tartiness, that's probably why Spence is his favorite, he wouldn't be late if a shark bit off his legs and arms. Whereas Maddox and I, not so much, although I'm pretty sure Mr. Flynn slightly afraid of Maddox, I understand why you would be, he's 6'3 and pure muscle.
I hear a person calling my name and footsteps as I walk to maths, just as I was about to look behind me Maddox wraps his arm around my shoulder.
"Hey, princess,"
"Mads," I smile as I look up at him, I know he hates it when I call him that. Suddenly I see Oliver run up to the spot next to me and I realize that he must have been calling my name.
"you walk fast for such a tiny girl," he says and I just giggle at him. Ew, why did I giggle? I see in the corner of my eye that Maddox slightly scowls at Oliver, which makes sense I guess, Maddox doesn't really like anyone other than our friends.
"yea I get that lot." I smile at him and slow down my pace a bit causing Maddox to slow down to adjust to my speed until eventually we all just stop, Maddox's arm moving from my shoulders to my waist. I notice as Oliver looks to his arm then up at Maddox, his eyes slightly widen but then return to me when he says,
"Sorry, it's just we've got all the same classes today and your kind of the only person I know, I was wondering if you could show me around?" as soon as he says it Maddox just starts walking again pulling me along with him until I duck out from under his arm and look back to Oliver,
"yea, of course, this is Maddox by the way." Oliver does a little wave while Maddox just stands there motionless. "come one if we're late Mr. Flynn wil-" I get cut off by obviously the sound of the bell signally class has started. I start to freak out until I feel Maddox's hand placed on my shoulders as he says,
"Relax princess, we'll just say that new boy here got lost and we showed him the way." he points one of his arms towards Oliver and I nod as it might just work, and we start walking a bit quicker towards the room.
It did not work, he gave us all detention. Maddox sat down next to spencer who was behind Oliver. Maddox spent the entire lesson staring holes into Oliver's head, I felt bad for the poor guy, but I guess you can expect that from Maddox he's not exactly a new people person.
