3rd POV
The Y/n and the new students walked together in the academy but Y/n's friends were hanging around in the library. As Y/n told them her sister and her little sister.
"So, what's your story, Trystan?"
"I was working as a junior electrician at the Sydney Opera House with my little brother, Gray."
"Hm, and tu Scar?" Y/n raises her eyebrow.
"I was working in New York for my dad with my little sister Sheena as a fashion designer."
"While Jose and Sean were working as tutoring teachers, I knew them since I was little." Scar smirked.
"You said you have a little sister, what's her name and story?"
"Carmen, but we don't wanna be late for Stealth 101."
In Hideo's classroom, the students were sitting criss-cross on the floor as they had a paper on their laps.
"Origami, the Japanese art of paper folding, is the surest means of perfecting a nimble touch. Essential for the successful picking of pockets." Hideo made his paper into a white sheep.
The groups copied his move as Shadowsan and Y/n successfully made a white sheep out of paper and looked at each other and Y/n smiled making Shadowsan smile at Y/n's smile.
In Coach Buff's class.
"The first rule of self-defense: always protect the face. Unless you wanna be knocked out cold, or wind up with a mug like mine."
2nd- year pair together:
Y/n and Shadowsan
Trystan and Scar
Jose and Sean
Cleo and Bellum
Maelstrom, Romeo, and brunt
1st-year pair together:
Carmen and Gray
Antonio and Jean-Paul
Sheena and Mime Bomb (I don't know his name)
Gal stood between two similar vases, "Pop quiz! One of these two vases is discount-store-grade garbage. And the other genuine Ming is valued at 300,000 dollars. Which should you steal?"
The group looks at the two vases.
In Dr. Manifest's lab, he was holding one of his gadgets, "My latest invention: the Crackle Rod. Settings can be adjusted here. EMP, stun mode, and so on."
Manifest was holding a briefcase, "To properly execute a bait-and-switch, the objects should be equal weight and size."
He demonstrates with Scar, who he bumps into, each carrying a briefcase. The one initially carried by him is full of money.
"And there you have... the switch," Manifest opens his briefcase which shows a lot of money.
Scar opens his. It's full of bugs.
Scar drops it letting the bugs crawl away, "Oh, gross! What is this?"
"That, my boy...would be the bait." Manifest raises his index finger.
Outside, Y/n was talking to Gamer on the phone behind the school. Y/n giggles, "I wish you were here...to meet you in person, gamer."
"Same here..." Gamer said.
Trystan pops his head out of the corner, "Veronica! Come on, Mate!"
"Who's that?" Gamer asked.
