Chapter 4: Confession

Your POV
You woke up to feeling a soft kiss to the head. You wake up to see Alucard with his glasses off, smiling passionately. "Good morning." He pat your head as you groaned, tiredly. "No.." you tried turning, but his telekinesis held you in your exact spot. "But I don't wanna go to school.." You adjusted yourself and into Alucard's chest again, remembering that you two cuddled for a dare. He chuckled and started playing with your hair. "Is your neck okay?" You asked as Alucard stopped playing with your hair. "Yeah. The nurse tended to it, don't worry." You smiled, knowing that Alucard was okay. "Y'know.. I woke up to a light kiss on the head.. was that you?" Alucard blushed. "Y-yeah.. but I had second thoughts because we aren't dating.." "Not yet." You finished. "W-what?-" He looked at you, wide-eyed and blushing. You laughed at his reaction to your response. "Your reaction!" You hugged him and rested your head on his shoulder, giggling in the process. He stroked your h/l h/c hair, smiling with pride in his soul. "Well, I guess we have to get up now.." You groaned, tightening your grip around Alucard's upper torso. "Okay, sleepy head. I guess we could miss school today..-" Hanzou suddenly burst into the room. "QUIT CUDDLING BECAUSE WE'RE LATE!" You and Alucard immediately got up, and Hanzou scoffed and walked back downstairs.

Once the two of you got ready, you both rushed downstairs to an upset group. "Oh my god, you guys take forever to get ready. We're late. Let's go!" Cassandra hurried. The five of you ran straight to school in a rush, and you all got scolded for it.

After school, you saw a crowd of people surrounding something. You walk over to it to see what's gotten everyone's attention, and they spot you. The make a pathway for you; Which you considered weird, but walked through anyway. You looked around, trying to find the gang. That's when you felt a tap on your shoulder. You turned around, and saw Alucard holding flowers; Specifically f/t/f. You stepped back, giving him room. [Y/n].." He hesitated. "Yeah?" You asked. "I've.. liked you for a long time.." He blushed, and so did you. He got down on one knee and looked up at you. "Do you wanna be my significant other..?" He handed you the flowers, and you stared at him. After a moment of silence, you hugged him. Alucard didn't understand anything, until you kiss his cheek. He blushed again, wondering if that was real or not. "Of course!" Everyone cheered, except for 3 people.. Blake, Darnell, and B/n...

Alucard's POV
Was.. this a dream? They.. really accepted my confession..? This feels so real. "Congratulations!" Hanzou yelled. "Yeah! You go, Alucard!" Cassandra yelled. "We knew you could do it!" Cyclops shouted. I smiled and hugged them again. Darnell walked up to me as [Y/n] and I separated. He put a hand on my shoulder, saying: "If you touch my cousin like that, then I'll make your life living hell. Got it?" "Yes, I understand." Darnell smiled and walked back to his little friend group. I kissed [Y/n] on the head, and the gang cheered again. "You two are so cute together!" Cassandra complimented. "Thank you." [Y/n] replied as I smiled. I couldn't believe this was happening..
