I turned and ran home crying; I don't know why. When I walked past the village shop I collapsed on the floor. I didn't know how long I had been lying there. All I knew is that I had excruciating pain coming from my head and a warm sticky gloop, that was making my long blonde hair red, coming from it. Mrs Tingle came running out from inside panicking asking if I was ok. I told her that I was fine, and that there was no need to worry about me. Despite the fact that my brain could think clearly, I was not fine at all. All of the bones in my body felt fragile like twigs, that they could snap any time now. I tried to stand up. It failed! Mrs Tingle half carried me into her shop and sat me down on an ancient sofa at the back, it was almost as old as dear Mrs Tingle's mother. She gave me some leaves and a piece of cake(she said the leaves would numb the pain).I badly wanted to go home right now but I was stuck under the enchantment of Mrs Tingle and she was too kind to resist.
(Sorry but this is going to be a very short story with even shorter chapters maybe my next book will be longer):)
