Finn Wolfhard had always been an observer, a watcher if you may. He loved to watch people come and go, watch people laugh over stupid things, cry over even stupider things, and most of all he loved to watch them. Noah Schnapp and Millie Bobby Brown, best friends since day one of filming. They'd always been closer with each other than with anyone else on set. Finn liked watching them in particular because they'd always had a certain mannerism, a certain way of communicating which made them so interesting. Finn would notice how every time Noah said something, anything, Millie's eyes would light up, her attention would always turn to him. She'd laugh at his tiny remarks, dimples forming in the edge of her mouth each time she smiled. He would also notice how Noah, who was usually jumpy and energetic, would quiet down, lower his tone whenever Millie spoke, letting all the attention lay on her. He'd yell for everyone to shut up whenever Millie's word went unnoticed, in a way which seemed like he was joking, but Finn could tell he meant it. So when Finn, who noticed everything, realized that Noah Schnapp and Millie Bobby Brown were madly in love, he didn't say anything.
After all, he was only the watcher.
