The whole room was now gossiping like high school kids

"Wow so the perfect Sano family has two disgraces now"

"I almost felt pity"

"They're going all the way to the bottom"

Soon the sound of a slap echoed through the microphone

"You and your brother have disgraced this family! I take you as my daughter and you just hurriedly sleep and get in the bed with an alpha and an old one at that!"

"Mom! Mikey set me up. He planned this."

"Mikey that, Mikey this, you're always saying it's Mikey's fault for everything!  You could break a nail and just say "It's Mikey's fault," and you are starting to make my head hurt."

Their mom yelled at her.

Mikey felt bad for their grandpa this was his birthday party and here they are making a fuss at the party.

Suddenly somebody screamed.

"Mr.Sano! Mr.Sano!"

"What's wrong."

Emma said to the servant running up to her.

"He's having a heart attack"

"Hurry we have to get him to the hospital!"

She said as they hurriedly pushed his wheelchair outside luckily a hospital was close by

"Come on Haru let's go check on your Grandpa"

Mikey said worriedly

Haru just nodded being picked up by Mikey and rushed to the hospital

Everyone had to sit for a while waiting but that didn't stop Mikey's parents from blaming it all on Alice they even said she was kicked from the family again

Soon the doctor had come out

"How's Grandpa!"

She had hurriedly said

"I'm afraid he doesn't have much time his pulse is too weak he won't live for much longer you may go in and say your goodbyes"

The doctor said to Mikey. Their mother had to tell Alice to leave.

He was too scared to go in so he stayed out until he was called in their parents had left out too

"Grandpa"

Mikey had said as he walked hand in hand with Haru

"Manjiro, my sweet grandson I have something to tell you and your siblings something I should have been told ...Mikey, you have two other sons"

"!!!"

The three of them did not expect that

"You were out like a light the day the twins were born from all the panic it was your first pregnancy after all...your parents had taken your oldest son and paid the doctors to shut them up...his father had come to the hospital but your parents told him the child was his only son and that they wanted him to take the baby and that you didn't want to see him*cough cough*"

But I do know your son I named him that one name you said you always wanted Yuki and the other your youngest Aki I have no idea what they did with him but I pray please find your sons and be a happy and complete family"

He said they were shocked but tears escaped their eyes when the machine made the sound of death immediately the doctors came in pushing them out

Mikey had cried in silence he couldn't even be mad at his grandpa

"It's ok Mikey I'll help you through and through"

Izana said as he put his jacket on Mikey

"It's raining out there you and the baby get home and rest I'll try to figure out where Yuki is ok"

"But-"

"No buts you head home ok"

"Ok-"

But before Mikey could even get up completely he had fallen over
