THE GREAT UNDEAD (Underfell sans x Male reader)

chapter 1

You're finishing your essay for a class project it's currently 6am and you haven't slept yet, you're almost finished when you get a ping from a few classmates that say they're your 'friends' you look at the message and see they're wanting to meet you up at MT.Ebott you tell them you'll be there later you just have to finish your essay then turn it in, after a few minutes you finish your essay click save then send it to your teacher through email, you then stand up and stretch a bit as you hear your back pop you walk over to your drawers and grabs some clothes f/c hoodie black/blue jeans and converse you head over to the bathroom to take a shower so you can wake up a bit more.

5 minutes later
You get out of the shower dry off then get dressed you go to the kitchen grab a coffee/energy drink and a snack you pack your bags up with your belongings and some extra clothes just incase you get lost and start heading over to MT.Ebott when you get there you finish your coffee and put the cup in the side pocket of your bag you then take off your headset as you see the classmates from your school are walking towards you, "hello y/n! I'm glad you actually came!"

You get an uneasy feeling like something bad might happen, you shrug off the feeling but you do stay weary of your surroundings you get to where the mountain is and you seem to be so deep in the forest it's darker than being on the other side of the forest though you can still see everything around you, you see a big hole in the ground, curious you walk towards it looking down to see if you can't see anything while being distracted your classmates push you down the hole laughing hysterically as they yell "MONSTER" "₥Ø₦₴₮ɆⱤ" you hear as their voices become unrecognizable like as if their voices were being controlled by an unknown species (venom-)

you begin to get ready for agonizing pain but you stop falling you slowly open your eyes to see you've landed on a bed of yellow flowers, you look over to see a flower with a face on it he seems scared and is hiding his face with a leaf from his stem "uh are yo-"

"DON'T HURT ME" you get cut off by a talking flower.

"huh? I'm not going to hurt you?" You say confused.

"But your human, all humans hate monsters like me and want to kill us" the flower says still scared out of its mind.

"Look I'm not going to hurt you ok.. I'm not that kind of person" you say looking at the flower with remorse, as you sit there having a conversation with the flower you hear loud foot steps coming towards your location. 

"quick hide!" Says the flower as he wraps around your arm you hide behind a pillar. You peak out to see who was coming towards you and it's a female goat with red eyes, she looks down at the crushed flowers on the ground

"a human..." She says looking around then walking back to where she came from, when she's out of view you look over to flowey.

"who was that" you whisper, "that's toriel the queen of the underground, if she finds out you're here she'll kill you" he says nervously.

"She'll what?!? Why???" You ask, "here its kill or be killed..." Says flowey. You look at the flower in disbelief.

"You're kidding right?" You asked nervously, he shook his head.

"That's how it's always been... It's never changed since..." He said in a sad voice, you stare at him with pity.

"How do we get out of here without being caught?" You ask, he looks up at you.

"This place is full of traps but I can try my best to help you through them" he said, you nod your head coming out from behind the pillar and looking around for any place that looked like an exit.

"There" he said pointing to a hallway, you nod and walk over walking down the hallway, they place was full of puzzles and traps, but you read the signs on the walls.

"Don't trust those signs, you need to do the opposite of what they say if you want to survive" he said, you nodded.

"Okay" you said, walking down the hallway looking at the writing on the wall.

'The Western room is the eastern rooms blueprint' it says, you look at flowey, he nods.

"If they explain something like that it's correct, it s there for other monsters, but if something says to pull a specific level, you need to pull the opposite" he said you nod as you walked into the Western room seeing a pattern on the floor, you took a picture of it as you continued down the hallway before entering the eastern room, it looked strange to you as you pull up the picture on your phone and walked down the path correctly. You sigh with relief as you get to the other sigh.

You enter another room and look at the writing on the wall 'three out of four rocks recommend you leave them alone' it says he thinks about it and noticed that means you should push them. You walk over to the rock and push it, the spikes that were on the ground go back under the floor and you continue on to the next room.

You were now in a room with red leafs on the floor, you looking at it confused and noticed a thing written on the end side of the room and you decide to walk the path to get to it. When you got to it you got sent to another room and read what was on the wall..

By the end of figuring out all the puzzles you ended up at a door, toriel was there and standing at it, a scary look on her face.

"Human, you must not go any further" she said, glaring at you. You walk towards her, the whole time you had been going through the maze you showed mercy towards the monsters, it seemed to confuse them but you tired them out enough for them to leave you alone... Now you have to deal with the strongest of them all, the maker of this maze to get to the underground.

"You may not leave alive" you said, the fight begain. Everytime she would attack you would only show her mercy, this pissed her off as she continued trying to attack you but you didn't budge you continued what you were doing until she seemed utterly exhausted you had been fighting for hours now and she passed out from exhaustion, you moved her asleep body and propped it up on the wall before exiting the maze, you were now on your journey to the underground.
