Howdy, my name is Andrew. This is my journal, and this is the story of how I met mary and a bit of my life. I was born in 1863 in Mexico. I moved to the us when I was 17 to try to have better Actual and support myself. Still, now I am 27 and work on an iron horse and live in a dreadfully small house with only a couple of rooms on each floor. People live in the same place, but they are dreadfully nice. They even teach me English, and that's how I got to work on the iron horse and I'm very thankful, but many people don't like me for bein' Mexican. They call me awful names. I don't understand why? We should all just be equals. a lot of the time when I am workin' on the iron horse, a lot of other people tell me to gitty-up to the back of the iron horse then I have explained I work there, but I try to seem fair to middling about everythin'

Well, I should get started about everythin' that happened how I met mary. She is a beautiful lady. She nice she didn't judge me like everyone else when now let me say how we met well I was ridin' my Arabian down to the iron horse like usual and takin' everyone's ticket. I saw mary
she sat down readin' a book, but I noticed she kept lookin' at me like glancin', so I want up to her and ask, "do you need anythin' ma'am?" she just looks up, and her face was red I was so Balled Up. Was she embarrassed?  So then I just ask "do you need Adam's Ale  or something? i'll get it for you" mary look up at me and said "no no it's okay" so i went back to work. From that day on i saw her everyday on the iron horse in the mornin' so i was curious i went up to her and ask "so where you goin' ma'ma?" she said "to burg, but some bait my father Allers tells me it's " dangerous" but i don't mind i think burg is fun" she smiled lightly I thought it's was cute but I didn't like here at this time but we keep on talking eventually I feel in love i don't like saying that it's make me feel a little embarrassed I don't talk about my emotions.
