Rosa's POV:

I walked in my advanced math class greeting my teacher smiling. "Hi Mr. Taylors".

"Hi Rosa". He replied and went to great some more students

After everyone arrived the class started. "Okay everyone welcome back". Mr Taylors clapped his hands.

"I would like to start off today with a few warm up problems to get the school year started". He said writing some problems up at the board.

I took out my notebook and noticed people walking in to the classroom late. "Elaine, your late". Mr. Taylors said.

"Um Cynthia is also late". She yelled as Cynthia walked into the classroom late perusal.

"You two just sit down". Mr. Taylors said as the two sat down.

My last class of the day I had before lunch was History. "Hello Mrs. Cooper". I smiled at her.

"Hi Rosa". She smiled back.

"Okay everyone let's get started". I felt someone tap me on the shoulder and I tried to ignore it because I didn't want to get in trouble so when the teacher told us to work independently I turned and saw Cynthia. "Yes Cynthia". I said.

"Oh nothing I forgot". Cynthia looked at her nails.

"Uh thanks ". I said looking back at my work before the bell rang and we all left to go to lunch.

I sat silently at a table with Thea, Remi, and Monika, they have always been my best friends and stood up for me at school when I couldn't, especially Thea. Thea is one of the people I go to besides my mom when I'm having a bad day.

"OMG RYAN". A girl at a nearby table shouted as we looked to see a boy with blonde hair swooped to the side, blueish brownish eyes, our school uniform, which had pants instead of a skirt but girls were more than welcome to wear pants instead of skirts. The boy also was surrounded by a bunch of other boys.

Ryan Peters, someone I would gladly punch any day. Ryan has tried to hit on me and try to get me to go on a date with him. I say no because I don't find him attractive and he is rude and disrespectful.

I looked away and sadly I heard the group of boys coming closer to us and I just tried to not notice them. "Hey babe". Ryan said.

"Ryan please leave my friends and I alone". I said politely not looking up from my food.

"Awww, but why, you could sit with me and my friends and we could hang out". Ryan said more pushy.

"Ryan, she said no, she's always says no, so beat it". Thea glared.

But I couldn't take this so I stood up and went to eat in the library as Thea followed.

José's POV:

I sat at a lunch table and soon enough girl came over to me and I was flirting with them all. I saw commotion going on over by the football team but I didn't pay attention. I am handsomer than all of them.
