Sarah's POV:
Waking up to the sound of an ambulance siren is a perfect way to start off my day. Looking at the clock it's 11 o'clock am. Good thing it's my day off I haven't slept in for like weeks. Looking at my phone I get a few texts from Amanda, Pedro, and.... Lily?? why would Lily text me? We haven't talked for about two-three months. We've been both so busy with work we haven't got the time to hang out. I grab my phone off the nightstand and read Lily's text
Hey Sarah,
just wanted to see if you wanted to hang out today? I'm free and we can maybe grab lunch?
This will be the first time we've hung out since like forever! I text back
of course! I'd love to! I'll come over to your house in an hour! see you then!
I'm so excited to finally see her! I miss her so much!
Lily's POV:
I hope Sarah is free today! I really really miss her.
I heard my phone go off, running to it hoping it was Sarah and for sure it was! I practically squeal of excitement! YES!
I wait for the hour to pass. It feels like decades. I make blueberry pancakes to pass the time. Just as I was about finishing the last pancake I hear the doorbell. Running to it almost falling from excitement I open the door an there she is. SARAH!!!!! I scream practically jumping on her. I gave her a big hug and she did the same. We probably stayed like that for about a good two minutes. Oh how I missed her touch. Mmmmmmm she smells so good. We both pull apart. Hey Sarah I made some pancakes do you want any? Sure!! I'm starving! I just came straight here. I make her a plate of two pancakes and put it on the counter. Oh the syrup's in the fridge if you want any, I tell her. okay. she grabs the syrup out of the fridge and just drowns her pancakes full of it. I giggle at her and how she makes her face squeezing the bottle. Gosh she's so beautiful! Everything about her. She's got these sparkly brown eyes that makes me just want to melt. Her blonde short hair, her collarbones, oh and of course can't forget her striped shirt. She's just perfect. I snap out of my trance with Sarah snapping her fingers. Rabe? are you checking me out? oh god oh god crap she saw me! I feel my cheeks burning up. I feel so embarrassed. She let's out a laugh I'm just kidding. you should've seen the look on your face. She starts laughing and than I just laugh and play along with it. I felt so embarrassed.
