"We all lived in a tiny to, my mom and my three siblings. I had to take care of all of them, she payed no attention to us.

"We had to watch her bring men to the house, bring friends, get drunk and break things..

"It was definitely hell, i watch my siblings get sick with no medical attention and eventually lost them. She didn't really care about us, to her we didn't matter, all that mattered was her life and the fun she enjoyed.

"For all she cared we had a rat infested apartment to lay out heads and old rags to cover in the cold. Leaving the slum life was tough.

"That morning i was determined, if we stay here any longer, we are all going to die, i looked at my sister, she was the only one left, her mouth were sore and her eyes swollen, if we leave i could find help for you. I backed her and the tears flowed freely as I left out shabby house, my sister curled up on my back ......

"I walked miles to the hospital, no one really paid attention to us, i kept asking the nurses for help but they didn't seem to pay attention to us.

"We were asked to bring our parents or pay our bills before treatment could be administered, it was frustrating....

"I thought a good heart was out here, but they were like my mom we were garbage slowly waiting to be decompose and rot away, everyday i watch the kids hop down the road, some cycling, i watch them chatter and buy all the sweet things.... With my sister curled up in my arms slowly loosing her life.
