Bzz bzz

My phone goes off. I take it out to see who it was. I see that kevin had texted me.

"Hey babe! Im throwing a party tonight. You wanna invite some friends?" It read.
Oh hell yeah. A party! I text him back with a quick "yes please!" And decided to contact my friend jay.
"Jayyy. Do you wanna come to a party kev is throwing tonight? Theres gunna be some hot guys, that i know you will hit it off with ;)" i type. She replies back rather quickly with a "yesss ;)"

**4 hours later @ party.**
*izzy pov*

Finally people start arriving at Kevs place.. Ive been here for awhile to help him set up. I know who all is coming now. Evan and his girlfriend Nicole, Alix and his girlfriend Kaylah and Kevins friend named manny as well as Jay and a few other people from school.

The first to arrive was manny. I go to introduce myself. "Hey, manny! Im izzy, ive heard a lot about you from Kevin." I say with a smile. "Its nice to meet you." He says smiling back at me. Kevin walks up to him and does this weird bro hug thing. Boys are weird. Jay arrived soon after.

*manny's pov*

I was sitting on the couch as the doorbell rang. A very cute girl walked in. She had blue hair and brown eyes. She was short. I think her name is Jay.

"Okay, Jay. This is manny. Kevins friend. Izzy says to her. "Hey" she says to me sitting next to me. "Im Jay." She continues. Damn shes even cuter up close. More people started flooding in Kevins house and soon music started blaring. "Do you wanna dance?" I asked jay. "sure" she says shyly with a little blush. Awee. I grabbed her hand and helped her up. We started to sway back and forth quickly to the pace of the music. Soon i was wanting to talk to this girl more than just dance with her. "Hey we should talk and get to know each other, a bit more." I say. She nods and i lead her into a random room where its quiet. "So jay, how do you know kevin?" I ask. "Oh izzy has been my friend for a long time and I've known him ever since they started dating." She replies. "Interesting" i tell her. She really is a beautiful girl. I feel like....i feel like i wanna.....kiss her.

"Hey, jay?, i really wanna kiss you right now." I tell her looking down. A bit embarrassed. "Then do it." She says. Oh god. Here it goes. I lean into her and place my lips on hers. Softly moving in unison.

We pull apart after a while. "Hey, we should do that again sometime...maybe i could take you on a date?" I ask her. "I would love that manny." She says smiling. "Ill give you my number." She adds. We switch phones and put our numbers in. "Lets go back out there and dance shall we?" I ask her. "Yes!" she says taking my hand as we walk out to dance the night away.
