I love this song! Recommend it. Anyways, I think it's a good mood for the prom. (It's for the slow dancing part.)

Prom Night

I look at myself in the mirror. Like today, it's prom night. I don't have anyone to go with, and I was not ready for this. But here we go. Cherry's waiting outside anyways. I grab my purse and keys to lock the door. I see her waving at me through the back seat window. Her parents are sitting in the front. Opening up the door I hear Cherry, "Hiya! Your gonna have to squeeze through the door, I didn't realize the dresses wouldn't quite fit." "That's fine!". She helps me squeeze my dress through the door. "Dad, when we get to the school, we're just gonna get our through the trunk. Squeezing each of us through is gonna take forever!" She wines.

On our way, Me and Cherry talk about the things we like. Also catching up on some other things since I moved away. I'm so glad to be with my childhood best friend after these years. "We've made it girls!" Mrs. Dearest cheers. I expected the ride to be longer but hey, you should see who's driving. We and Cherry hope out of the trunk. "Bye Mommy! Bye, Dad." She yells. "Bye Mr. And Mrs. Dearest." Cherry's mother blows me a kiss, "Just call us mom and dad." They drive off with music blasting after. "Cherry! I wish I had parents like yours! They're so nice." I smiled widely. We walk up to the nearest entrance of the Gym. I'm glad these double doors are big enough, or we'd have to find another way to get in. I'm like a Princess going to a royal ball, but less royal and cool.

We walk into random music blasting I don't know what song it is- but it sounds nice. "Hey, isn't that your boyfriend?
Who's mistakenly named boyfriend." I joke and point to Keith who's walking with Pico. "My baby!" Cherry runs to Keith and hugs him. The poor dude's face looked startled. I giggled.
I love them. They walk off and go somewhere else. At least they're having a good time. "So.." I get startled but I know it's Pico, "Nice dress you have on." I blushed, "Thanks, you don't look bad yourself." Looking at the suit he has on. "You look like a princess. That's what I'll call you from
Now on." He smirks. Oh...that smirk. How I just love it. But I can't confess to him. We haven't known each other for that long. He'll just be creeped out. "Right...I-.." I failed to strike up a conversation, still
left a blushing mess.

We just stood there in silence. I tried to look at him but it seems he was already staring at me with a tint of blush on his face. So in this case, we locked eyes. My heart fluttered. I can't believe I already live with this man and I haven't even known him for long.

(You can start the music if you didn't already)

I was gonna say something, but slow music started to play and the lights started to dim. I awkwardly smiled. "Care to dance, princess/prince?" I nodded. He grabbed my hand softly as if I was fragile. "Can't dance without a kiss on the hand for confirmation," He winked and kisses my hand softly. This man is gonna make me go crazy someday.

I put my hands on his shoulders as he puts his hands on my hips.

Pico POV

This, I've always wanted this. I love them. But I can't just say that out of the blue. Who does that? Certainly not me. I can't ruin this moment. I'll cherish this. As we slow dance I can't help to just look at their facial features, but I also have to be careful not to step on their dress. 'Cause, it looks like it's hella expensive.

Once I do confess I hope they feel the same way. It might not be the best or most expensive way. But I hope they accept. I close my eyes. I just hope Cherry and Keith don't see this. I mean if they do, we'll just have to deal with that later. I should stop thinking about that. This moment won't last forever ya' know. I notice our faces getting closer by the second, I ho- "Pico! Y/n!" I hear Cherry coming up to us with Keith. That's when Y/n backed away, "Hey Cherry!"

"Hey, Pico." Keith walks up to me. "Oh...Hey." "What with the blunt tone? Something happen?" He looks dumbfounded. "No. Nothing."

"Nothing at all."
