I arrive at the Great Hall and head over to the Slytherin table, while discreetly glancing over to the Gryffindor one. But Potters not there? Usually he and his friends are the first down to dinner, though that's probably because of Weasel-bee and as far as I know he's gone home for the holidays along with Granger. Leaving Potter alone...
What great friends. I honestly have to stop myself from rolling my eyes. Though I do really want to know why he doesn't go and stay with those muggle relatives of his. He must be adored by them and yes, even though I'm pretty sure he is spoilt, I still like him because I'm also extremely spoilt even though it's taken years for me to admit that...
It's almost half way through dinner time now and he's still not down... As far as I know from listening in on his conversations, he's the only one left in his dormitory and, before you ask, NO! I do not stalk him. Pfft- please, a Malfoy doesn't stalk...

Anyways, I might follow a Gryffindor up to their tower and listen for the password. I can just cast the invisibility spell on myself. It's quite easy now that I know the incantation. I stride out of the hall, being finished with my dinner, and cast the spell. Then I wait for a Gryffindor to pass. Thankfully, it doesn't take long for a a group of 2nd year girls to pass, obviously gossiping about something that had happened in class. I follow after them silently and once we reach the Gryffindor dorms (which I have to say took a very long time. Har- Potter must get quite the workout walking that distance every day, and on top of Quidditch training no wonder Harry's so ripp-

I clamber in after them. The girls go up one staircase so I figure that the boys must be up the other one. I start my ascent and get to a room that has five names on it, Potters being one of them. I consider knocking but figure if he asks for my name he might hex me or something so I just open the door and barge in.
