Chapter 23

My jaw drops to the foor. Gosh i haven't seen her in forever, In fact the last time i seen her she kicked me out!. My mouth opens to say something, but instead she embraces me in a big hug.

Unfortunately I hug her back, just a little, I'm still upset at her because of what she did many years ago. She pulls away to kiss me on the forehead "I missed you so much!" she gives me another hug "Ok, Ok i get it, let go of me please!" Mom lets go and steps away

"Why are you here?" I ask in slight angry tone. She gives me a small smile "Because you're my daughter, And i miss you" Mom looks at the ground, slightly ashamed. I roll my eyes "If you didn't put me out, then you wouldn't have a reason to ever miss me, now would you?" She scratches the back of her neck awkwardly "I uh... I guess"

"I guess?" I purse my lips in a knife like line. "I mean after all you have done, don't you think I deserve an apology?" I stare coldly into her eyes, just waiting for an answer.

But she just avoids eye contact. "I'm sorry" she trailed off "Yeah, Yeah, Whatever!" I sit down beside Jade. Jade intertwines our fingers which cheers me up a little. Her chocolate brown eyes connect with mine and I immediately feel butterflies.

"So are you two dating or something?" My mom asks while looking us up and down. I roll my eyes again "Yeah" I give her the shortest answer as possible, without even looking at her

Mom frowns a little "Look, if you don't like it then get the hell out! I'm sick and tired of you treating me like shit, you were never there for me when I needed you!" My voice raises as my blood begins to boil with anger

Jade steps on my foot, as a signal to stop. I look at her intently with a confused expression.

She mouths and tells me to stop she looks a bit frustrated with me. The door opens and Joseph, Jonathan, and my sister Jade walk in, Jade shuts the door behind her and I hug all of them like its the last hug I'll ever give them.

"I've missed you guys so much" my eyes looking all of them up and down "I've missed you more!" My sister said, the boys agreed with her. "All of you have changed so much, it's crazy" I frown a little at the three

"Not as much as you... your hair is red, what's up with that?" Johnny takes a piece of my hair in his hands. I swat them away "Don't touch my masterpiece" Joseph laughed at him "Ahh you haven't changed one bit Jessica!" Joseph teases and Johnny laughs

I shoot them an evil glare "Don't call me Jessica!" I shout and sit down on my girlfriends lap."Isn't it supposed to be the other way around?" She giggles from behind me

I shrug "I guess" we switch positions and I securely wrap my arms around her small waist.

Johnny, Joseph and Jade all make an "Ooo" sound. I just smile at them "What?!" They smirk at me and my girlfriend "Who's your little friend Jess?" Johnny teases as his eyes narrow at the two of us

"She has a name you know" I shrug at the question. The girl in front of me hides her face in my neck in attempt to hide her blush.

"Avoiding the question huh?" Joseph pushes the conversation forward. I shake my head at him "No not at all....This is my girlfriend Jade" I say smoothly the room fills with a bunch of "Awws" I just laugh "It's not that dramatic you know" everyone nods

"Yes it is, you two are a cute couple!" My sister exclaimed "Yeah, and she's very cute too..." Johnny adds and Joseph agrees . Jade blushes a bit "Hey! She's mine!" I yell at the boys. they quickly throw their hands up with wide eyes "Sorry I didn't mean in it in that way!" Joseph nods "Yeah sorry" Jade just laughs at them

"Let's start packing everything up, I'm ready to get this done already" Jade agrees with me "Me too" she adds.

I quickly pick my girlfriend up and throw her over my shoulders, while running into the bedroom. Both of us will work on this room and the others will work on the rest of the house, with a little of our help.

I'm sure it won't take long after all. I throw the small brunette onto the bed quickly and pin her down with her arms above her head.

Her breath hitches in the back of her throat as I hover my lips above hers "I love you" she closes her eyes "I love you more" I chuckle, immediately smashing our lips together.

I break the kiss when I hear footsteps coming down the hallway i curse lowly under my breath as I quickly sprung to my feet I turn around to see Joseph smiling "How are you gonna get anything done without any boxes?" He asks in a cheerful tone handing the boxes to me,I gladly take them "Yeah your right" I grin at the taller boy he smiles at us then walks out. I open the boxes and jade begins to pack things in them I smile to myself how did I ever get so lucky
