EUI ALREADY IS WALKING TOWARDS HERE STREET, it has been few minutes since they finished watching the fireworks. Sunoo even wanted to walk her home, since it's dangerous, but Eui just shushed him.

As she walked, she can feel happiness to be honest, she was almost jumping in the snow. She was looking everywhere, while waiting for the green walk sigh to lit up.

As she patiently waited, she felt her phone buzz, she happily took it out, as the number displayed her relative, Han, name.

❝ Hello, Han! What made you call today? ❞ Eui asked curiously as it's already very late, with positive vibes. ❝ Eui, grandma wants to see you. ❞ Han muttered in the other line.

❝ Han, I would be glad to see grandma but late at this night, she's supposed to be resting. ❞ Eui said. ❝ Yes, you're right but Eui... ❞

The next words got her heart crumble apart, ❝ She wanted to see her granddaughters and grandsons...on her last breath... ❞ Han sighed on the other line, and sobbed. ❝ I-i can't... grandma is the most valuable person I love in this world. ❞ Han said crumbling apart on the line.

Eui was staring at the edge, she was speechless, like her mind was floating. In instinct, she ran, not even seeing if the green walk sign lights already colored. She ran, crossing the open road, unknowing a white light from her side almost running to her.

It's like those in dramas she didn't actually expect will happen to her, a truck. She didn't move, she doesn't know why but her feet my frozen, so as all her body parts. Even her fingers are on verge of trying, yet sadly she accepted the fate.

Suddenly, she realizes that if no one still care, her grandma still need her. She opened her eyes again, about to move, but everything is in slow motion, not until a hand from the side holds her and pulls her in the safe side. ❝ EUI?! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!? ❞ the familiar voice shouted worriedly.

The truck slowed down and parked on the side, ❝ HEY KID! YOU SHOULD WATCH THE ROAD, ALWAYS! ❞ the driver of the truck shouted and then left, making Eui come to her senses. Her mind if flowing away, as if all she can hear was ringing. ❝ Eui, Eui are you okay? ❞ here he goes again. ❝ Sunoo.. ❞ she sobbed.

Sunoo was still looking if there's any scratches to her arms. He was extremely worried, just to be honest. His heart was skipping when he saw Eui jumping in the snow earlier, not until she ran into the road without looking for vehicles, his heart mentally died out of the spot.

Eui kept saying his name, as Sunoo let her cry on his arms. ❝ Shh, Eui. You can tell me what happened. ❞ he frowned, saddening that the girl is breaking down infront of his eyes.

They were in the side walks, no people were there, since it's already late and is snowing quite hard. But the teens didn't bother the coldness of the weather, because they knew, they felt warm in each other's sensation.

❝ Sunoo..you are always there. ❞ she cried again, this was her first time actually to broke down in a serious matter in front of someone, except for Rye. ❝ Always for you, Eui. ❞ he comforted the girl, while caressing her hair.

The lass keep wiping her tears, but actually keeps falling down. She doesn't knew that her phone was still on, and they were listening to her cries. ❝ Sunoo, let's go to the hospital. ❞ Eui grabbed Sunoo's coat, asking a permission to go with her.

❝ Let's go. ❞ he agreed quickly not even knowing what they will do there because he is sure, she needs him. Before they ran, Sunoo picked up the dropped phone. He then held her hands, ❝ Eui, let's use my car instead. It will take us there faster. ❞

Eui hurriedly went to his car, she was panicking. Sunoo sped up, luckily no traffic. Fortunately, the snow lessen, as much to Eui's ease, she still cannot get over it.

Eui understand how much the speed Sunoo is using right now, but he's is worried for something. It's like triggering her mind, so she covered her face her hair, and looking down while putting her fingertips to her ears to avoid it triggering.

She doesn't even know why, but it's not the case she thought was not worth mentioning as of now. She waited until they got into the hospital, they rushed in the counter after parking. ❝ R-room 43. ❞ she kept repeating while waiting for the elevator to open and dashed through it. Sunoo, actually just kept looking at her worriedly, but is following her until the end.

❝ Eui! There you are! ❞ a taller boy ran to her, and hugged. She hugged back, as she watch the other side of the glass panel, full of doctors.

It broke her heart, she hugged Sunoo instinctively, cannot see her grandmother in that state.

❝ Sunoo, d-do you think... ❞ she started to overthink. Sunoo bended down, ❝ Eui, I'm sure your grandmother is strong. ❞ Sunoo smiled, assuring the lass.

❝ Rest on me for awhile. ❞ he said hugging her tightly, the girl let him, because now she felt the comfort.

Just right after valentines, she rested on his arms once again.
