"Be quite sweetie" said my mom. We were hiding in some dark room and my mom listened through the door to hear if someone is coming.
Suddenly we heard footsteps and my mom get of the door and told me to hide behind a huge box. The footsteps became louder and suddenly the door opened and we saw a big man standing in front of us. "Oh thank god F/n it you!" Said my mom and hugged my dad.
"M/n, you have to go now, there is a small entrance behind the closet in the dining room, it will lead you to the parking lot and from there you can escape"
My dad looked at me and i ran to him and hugged him "Take care of mommy, alright sweetie?" He whispered in my ear. I looked him in the eyes and nodded. He put me on the floor and me and my mom followed his instructions.
When we were at the parking lot we heard the sirens. "They know we ran" she said. She looked around and saw an old car and then she looked at me with a sad look "Honey, i need you to promise me that no matter what you will try to be a good person, no matter how bad things are".
I nodded without understanding why i need to promise that. Suddenly she took me on her hands and we ran to the old car. She opened the trunk and put me in "be quite no matter what, don't live the trunk, you have food and water in your bag, and i will leave you my bag" she said to me.
Suddenly she started to cry. She kissed my forehead and whispered"I love you baby". She closed the trunk and all i saw was the darkness...
