Sam's POV

KRIIIING!!!
KRIIING!!
KRIIIING!!!

My alarm echoed in the whole room that made me duck underneath my pillow and throw away my alarm clock until it suddenly stopped, then a person tried to spoke from the window.

"Rise and Shine, Samantha." I heard a low ring, signing someone put back the alarm clock to my bedside table. "Argh!! When are you going to stop throwing things out of the window specially this poor alarm clock???" he groaned under his breath.

I shoulder-slouched stood up and ran to the loo to take a shower when a voice from the cabin's entrance door shouted from where who was, letting me hear the words whom said.

"Sam, code red. Lighthouse."

'Am I going to panic, Geo???' I sarcastically thought making me shower immediately and dress up when I got out, not minding I'm wearing and meet my foster father outside to ran with him.

"What the hell's happening???" I started a convo with the head while heading to the lighthouse.

"Some gunfight in the middle of the sea." Shaine just simply answer until we split and hand me a rescue buoy, I at the edge of the bridge and him at the lighthouse, peeping through the binocular.

When his binocular pointed at a direction in front of me, I saw a few gunmen in a motorboat trying to aim a person in a jetski where it dodges bullets, raining in his direction and a bullet hit him somewhere in his body the reason he fell off the boat and the gunshooting ends.

Without hesitation, I dove to the sea and swam to his direction to capture him, hoping and praying that the person that's shot is not yet dead yet I saw him unmoved in a profounded part of the beach.

I swam faster than I usually do to catch the guy, not letting him to sink to the buttom of the sea and just caught him absentmindedly. I grab him and paddle til we reach the shallow part and gave him a cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the mouth, not minding the CPR Mask on my pocket and Paps' stabbing glares while saving a person in front of me because of a gun fight.

When I finished the CPR and the guy just cough because of lack of air in his lungs, he just passed out, I guess. I look back at
Paps' and meet his warning eyes at me.

"What???"

× × ×

"He's stable." Aeron, my second father, pointed out.

They're friends and that's all. So far they're getting a bit tensed with each other for senseless reasons and he's just a sincere, genuine and a caring friend, so does Shaine, who wants to adopt me when my father and mother died. Same as Aeron.

'I just dunno how they ended up they both know my parents.'

"And why are you wearing that piece of cloth, young lady???" he almost blurted out, gaining my poise back to me while he is holding his temper not to explode because of the patients around who's staring at us.

"She rushed to the beach with me to rescue the guy you're checking, Aeron."

'They're equally competitive and unreasonable for no reasons at all.'

Before I could shot back, I check and examine what I'm wearing that caused Aeron boiled.

'It's really a piece.' I thought while looking at my body wearing a white bikini brassiere on top that exposes my cleavage, probably I'm wearing the partnered undies under this short light denim jean shorts while exposing my legs and my toenails from my
slippers.
