chapter 9

Xander pov
I wake up to something on my face. No, wait. A tiny foot on my face.

I grab Srishti's foot and slowly put it down. I get up, only to find that Srishti has rotated a full 180 degrees and half her body is outside the bed.

"Shit, I mutter. I quickly scoop her and turn her towards the bed. God knows if I did it or she did it herself. Guess we never knew

I stand up and then realise that it is me who has turned 180 degrees, not Srishti. Oh, well, turns out it was me.

I have always been a restless Sleeper. But sure I haven't moved that much in the bed. Like ever.

Stretching, I walk towards the bathroom. After doing my business, I walk out only to find Srishti has again fallen off the bed, still sleeping.

Huh, it must run in the family. As I debated whether I should wake Srishti up or not, the door bursts open. The twins tumble in with their stupid matching grins.

"The hell are you two doing? She is still sleeping', I snap at them.

"Papa told us to wake you both for the breakfast", Damien says.

"Where is she anyway?", Elijah asks.

I point to the ground, where Srishti is sleeping tangled in sheets. The twins turn and see her and smirk.

"Yup, definitely our sister", Damien says. Walking towards her, he softly tickles her while keeping his hand on her head, So that she doesnt bang it on the side of the Bed.

She wakes up with a jolt and screams when Elijah starts tickling her.

"dami ! Save me!", she squeals. Damien grins and starts running in slow motion towards them.

I roll my eyes at their antics. I don't remember when last time I see Damien this happy .

when Srishti was taken he becomes very rude and cold person . he shut off him from everyone . He used to cry to sleep .

I will never forgive aana for taking our piece of heart away from us

"I am going down. Bring Srishti with you when you both are done"

I only stay long enough to receive a 'ya sure', before going downstairs. In the kitchen, Papa is wearing an apron that says 'I am hottest as spicy ramen 'and making Pancakes.

The old man may be Over 40, but his looks can stil give people a run for their money.

"Where are they?", Xavier asks, who is sitting on one of the counter stools asks.

Tickle Monster, is what I say. But I know he understood, with the way he is smirking. When we both were young we used to do it a lot.

Sam suddenly comes barging in with Srishti in his arms. They both are a panting mess and are giggling like crazy. I can hear the twins yelling coming from upstairs

Papa chuckles and plants a kiss on Srishti cheeks

"papa me and sam won " she said.Soon everyone Started eating breakfast and listen to srishti rambling about anything .

then Alex take Srishti to bath her and ready her for today . Today Srishti will be with ethan and ezkeil

So me and Elijah decided to teach swimming to srishti as it is very fun and important activity .We basically fought for 15 min who will dress Srishti and at end we tossed coin and i won .I come out of thoughts when srishti bite my cheek
