Backstory:When he was disorganised with a Quirk that deals with water his parents abused him because it wasn't similar to neither one of their quirks it was an upgrade version of the man who raped his"mother."Soon after the abuse he ran away at the age of 8 and met eraser head and Mrs Joke who soon adopted him as their own kid.

Voice:This quirk can only be used by mute people and animals.This basically gives them the ability to speak no matter what they can talk under water and they can talk for more than 8hours without stopping.

Drawback:None

Mans best friend:This is a quirk that only animals can gain were they know which human they can be friends with and can read minds.

Drawback:None

Float:This gives him the ability to fly for 24 hours non-stop.

Teleportation:With this quirk he can make his self and anyone or thing teleport with him he can also make portals invisible ones to.

Drawback:Making a portal takes a lot of energy so he either gets hungry or tired.

Cute Overload:This quirk makes him so cute that if he's in danger it goes to something or someone else like if a glass cup falls on him it stops falling change direction and then continue falling.

Also in all my Au's All for one can only steal the quirks of Humans and not animals if he tries to he upgrades them.
