you and karina were dating, but unfortunately most people in the school were homophobic and her parents were. so you guys always kept it a secret from everyone except your close friends winter, ningning, and giselle. you used the excuse "i'm living with my bff" with your parents and people around you, so suspicions don't raise.
you and karina came to school together laughing and talking, it was early so there weren't much people around. you and karina stopped at your locker so you could get it organized for when school does start. after a few minutes of you and karina chatting at your locker, you see familiar faces, ningning and winter enter. oh did i forget to mention ningning and winter are dating? they were laughing and hitting those high notes in their laughter as usual, when walking up to the other two. "hi y / n! hi karina!" winter exclaimed. "hello winter!" you said back. "hi winter, ningning" karina also greeted. giselle came running to you guys soon after. "GUYS GUYS GUUUUUYS" she said running to the four. "what's all the screaming?!" karina asks. "look!!!" giselle holds a flyer in your faces. it was the school dance that's coming up. "this HAS to be the perfect time to show the world all you guys dating!! it's almost the end of school, AND this is senior year, so you will never see them again!" giselle said.
"i'm not too sure about this, what will my mom think?!" karina says worried. "what is she gonna do? ground you? you're not a kid anymore!" giselle reasoned. "well, i'm down for it if you are" you say turning to your loved one. "it's all up to you karina, do what you want" giselle says, and then walks away, probably to ask out the guy she's been simping for. ningning and winter looked at eachother. "i think it could be a double date!" ningning exclaimed. the bell rang and everyone headed to their classes. once class ended you put your books away and then you felt someone pull you into the janitors closet. "what the heck?!" you say out of shock. "it's just me" a familiar voice said as hands wrapped around your waist. "karina? what are you doing?" you ask confused. "i don't wanna do this anymore. lie. but i can't imagine revealing it as well." she confesses. you frown, but since it was dark, it wasn't seen. "love, it's up to you" you explain. you heard a sigh and then lips meeting yours
you kissed her back before quickly pulling away. "love, we're in a janitors closet at our school, i've gotta go to class" you say. "awww okay" she replies before you guys walked out the closet. (hehe). at the end of the day you two got home and you plopped on your couch. school was really tiring. karina sat next to you and wrapped her arms around your waist and rested her head in your neck. you rested your hands on her waist and just stayed in that position, appreciating these moments. "i love you" you whispered in her ear. "i love you too" she said softly. she eventually drifted off to a slumber. it took a bit to notice, you only noticed from her getting a bit heavier, since her weight was completely on you. but she was light so it was suffocating or anything. you let out a slight chuckle from her cuteness, but then quickly got her to the bed. you brushed your teeth and got into your sleep clothes, before joining her.
the next morning you woke up to no karina by your side. you sat up and brushed your teeth and got into some clothes. you brushed your hair and walked out to karina sitting down just thinking. you sat beside her and wrapped your arm around your waist. "you okay?" you ask the girl that's deep in her thoughts. "i've decided that i'll go to the dance with you, and show you off to everyone" she smiled at you. you smiled back, you've never been to a dance since you would only want to go with karina. "shoo! you gotta go dress shopping!" she exclaimed. you chuckled. "you go with winter and i'll go with ningning so it's a surprise, okay?" she said. you nodded. a little later, you and winter entered a huge mall. "woah this is huge, we will be here all day" you joked as you walked in the mall. "yeah it really is. i didn't expect it to be this huge, hehe" she laughed. you guys looked around shops until this one shop caught your eye. "woah" you said to yourself before taking winters wrist and entering.
