"Are you ready for the zoo?" I ask my 6 year old daughters "zoo, zoo" your daughter Alyssa screams "I'll take that as a yes" I say laughing. Michael walks up behind me and rests his hand in my back. "So are my three beautiful girls ready for the zoo?" He asks. "Yes we are" I say and pick up Alyssa and Michael grabs Harpers hand and we walk out to the car and put our girls in their booster seats.

After they are all strapped in we close the doors and go into our seats and put our seat belts on. "Off to the zoo" Michael yells "yay" Alyssa and Harper yell. I laugh and rest my head on my hand as my arm is resting on the door. Michael intertwined our fingers look over and smile at him. Our trip to the zoo starts off with the windows down and the music blasting.

Once we arrived at the zoo we park the car and grab a wagon for the twins to sit in. We walk around to animal to animal.

We pull up to the Tigers and Harpers eyes light up "tigers" she whispers and try's to climb out of the wagon. Michael laughs and picks her up and takes her to the glass and she rests her hands in the glass "wow" she says looking at the Tigers in amazement.

I smile at the View. I hear small sniffles coming from behind me and I realized its Alyssa. I turn around and bend down to meet her eyes. "What's wrong baby" i ask moving a strand of hair from so I could see her green eyes. "You guys love sissy more than me" she says looking at the ground and messing with her fingers. "Love we don't love her more than touchy would you think that" I say in a calming voice while rubbing up and down her arms to calm her down. "Cause you guys are bringing her the the tigers her favorite animal and im just here we haven't seen my favorite animal yet.

She says and a few tears feel from her eyes down her rosy pink cheeks. I softly wipe away her tears so I don't hurt her. "Alyssa sweetie look at me" she slowly raises her head so her eyes meet mine.

"We love you just as much as your sister okay, we love you no more or less than your sister. We are seeing the penguins very soon okay" I say her eyes light up. "Really" she asks excitedly I laugh and kiss her head "yes my love we are seeing the Penguins very soon. Did you know you and uncle Like have the same favorite animal you both love penguins so much" I say looking at her se giggles "I know mummy we talk about them a lot" we laugh "maybe I can convince daddy to get ice cream" I say to her and her eyes light up again "I like ice cream" she says and we giggle "I know you do I like it too"

"Is everything okay?" Michael asks as he walks up to us with Harper on his hip and he sets her down. "Yeah everything is okay" I say I grab a tissue and wipe Alyssa's nose and throw it away "hey babe" I say looking at Michael "yes" he says looking over to me "I was wondering.... Do you think we can get ice cream?" I ask and putting my best puppy dog face on and looking at my beautiful daughters and they put their puppy dog face on "I guess we can get ice cream" he says rolling his eyes before laughing "yay ice cream" the girls say at the same time. "I love you" I say and he walks over to me "I love you too" he says and kisses me. We pull away as we hear an "EWWWW" coming from Alyssa and Harper we laugh and look at them "so ice cream" Michael says "ice cream ice cream." They cheer. We laugh and continue the zoo day.
