A second chance (Harry Potter Black Butler)

Harry and Cedric fall into a graveyard. Harry looks around feeling like hes seen this place before. "Cedric, we need to get out of here now." Harry says firmly and notices Cedric is walking away.

"Do you think this is part of the terminate?" 

"Cedric lets go." Harry snaps realizing that between the dreams of some man protecting him and the nightmares of being in a cage with his twin. That hes seen this place as well, but with Voldemort.

Harry hears more movement and he back to a tombstone being grabbed by the statue of a reaper. Harry struggles against the stone scythe as he hears a quiet hiss of "kill the spare." then with a flash of green light Cedric falls to the ground. He stares at the body in shock hardly paying attention to Wormtail as he makes his potion. If only Sebastian was here. That dam demon. 

"Hey, let go of me." Harry snaps trying to pull away as Pettigrew takes his blood for the potion. Pettigrew tosses the ugly thing in the cauldron. Instead of drowning like Harry hoped, Voldemort rises out of the cauldron, snakelike and pale. 

Voldemort then summons his death eaters and has his back to Harry. While he is going on a speech of sorts scolding his death eaters for not helping him in his time of need shadows start to move and a black fog forms Infront of Harry. He watches the fog a familiar feeling coming over him as Sebastian soon forms Infront of him in a rain of feathers. "Hello young master." The demon says quietly. 

Sebastian releases Harry from the statue, Harry looks at Cedrics body then the goblet. "Okay meet me at Hogwarts in the forbidden forest tomorrow night. we will talk more there. Distract Voldemort as I get the corps and the port key."

Sebastian gives a small bow and starts the distraction as Harry runs to Cedric and accios the goblet to him.

Harry then is back at the beginning of the maze, and he falls onto Cedrics body. He quickly gets up as Dumbledore, Snape, and Mad eye run up to him.  "Hes back. Voldemort. I saw him." Harry explains

Snape the youngest professor there looks hardly surprised by any of this. if anything, hes giving Dumbledore a I told you so look. Was he in on this? Harry wonders. wouldn't surprise him if Snape turned out to be a death eater. 

"I'll take Harry back into the castle. there is no need to keep him around the dead body." Moody says taking Harry's arm. 

"Don't touch me I'm fine. We need to figure out wh-"

"Mr. Potter go with Professor Moody. I will talk to you later." Dumbledore says giving the man a strange look.

Harry huffs and fallows Mad eye back into the school, into his office. Harry looks at the strange chest as he takes a seat. Moody starts to look for something rather in a hurry. "So, what was it like?"

"What like?"

"Being near Voldemort, in the graveyard." 

"I. I said nothing about a graveyard."

Mad eye makes a choking nose and starts to grab at the fake eye as he slowly turns into Barty Crouch Jr. A moment later Dumbledore Snape and McGonigal burst in, Snape forcing Barty Jr. into a chair.

"Well Severus it seems we found out who has been stealing from you." Dumbledore says picking up the flask Moody, well Crouch, has kept on him. 

The next day classes and exams are cancelled due to Cedrics death, and Barty being sent back to Azkaban. They found the real Mad eye in the strange chest nearly bald. and that night Harry takes his invisibility cloak and slowly makes his way to the forbidden forest. Once he finds the lake where he made his first Patronus he takes it off. "Sebastian. are you here?"

Sebastian appears Infront of him. "Young master. Or should I say Harry Potter."

"I am still your master. You never fulfilled your side of the contract. You let me die."

"And how are you to get your revenge now? The people who killed your parents are now dead at this point." 

Harry frowns. the demon has a point. "Well. The man who killed my parents this time is back from the dead. So, I say we make the same deal as last time. same conditions."

"of course. and were shall I place the contract?"

"Same place as before I suppose." Harry says taking off his glasses.

Sebastian places his hand over his eye and Harry bites back a scream as he feels the familiar pain. 

Harry blinks open his eyes when the pain stops. "You fixed my eyesight."

"If I couldn't do that much for my young master, what kind of butler would I be?"

"Alright here is my plan. I'm going to go back into the school. Once the last day arrives, I'll get onto the train, but I won't be going back to my aunt and uncles. So, make sure the manor is ready for me to return and have transportation from kings cross got it?"

"of course, young master I will be sure to have everything ready for your return."

"I will see you at Kings Cross then."

The train ride back to Britain is uneventful. Harry found a glamor spell and put it on himself so no one will ask him why he is not wearing glasses or why he has some pentagram in his eye. Once the train stops, he says goodbye to his friends and the rest of the Weasleys before leaving the platform and avoiding his aunt and uncle to find Sebastian.

He finds the demon standing by a car that Harry will not ask how the demon obtained or learned to drive. Sebastian puts Harry's trunk in the back and opens the door for him before driving him to the manor. 

"The manor is all ready for you, I have even got you clothes more fitting for this time period and have paperwork for you to look at for reinstating your lordship, getting Funtom back into your control."

"Good work Sebastian." Harry says and pets Hedwig through her cage since she seems a little on edge about everything. "It's okay girl. we are away from my aunt and uncle."

Months later Dumbledore gets notified that the wards on the Dursleys have fallen. He sends out a Patronus to call an emergence Order meeting. Once the order is all at Grimuald place Dumbledore sighs. "It seems as though Harry never went back to the Dursleys. Severus are you sure Voldemort did not kidnap him?"

"I'm sure that He would be telling everyone that he has. He wouldn't let something like that flow under the radar." Severus says shrugging nonchalantly. 

"Or your lying to us. You seem very calm about all of this. Harry could be in danger." Sirius says angerly. "He may die."

"Believe me Harry Potter will not die any time soon. He may be in danger but there seems to be luck on his side."

"Sirius we will find him. I will go talk to his relatives. The rest of you start searching digon ally. Maybe he is hiding out there. Remus find the night bus and see if he has taken a trip any were. Sirius just stay here."

They all then spread out to find out were Harry has gone.
