Chapter 1

College acceptance letters had just come in.You had applied for colleges all over the U.S and had only been accepted to 3 in total.

The ones you got accepted into were NYU, University of Dallas Texas and Florida state.

You had know idea which one you were going to choose. Although you did know you would have to leave Luke behind seeing as he had gotten into a college in San Diego.

~time skip~

It was a month until graduation and it was about to be yours and Luke's 2 year anniversary. You and him were going to go out to dinner next week to discuss everything about going to college and what the future would entail.

You had recently started feeling sick and you had already gone to the doctors and they had told you were perfectly fine. You only had one other thought of what it could be.

You texted your best friend the words 'code pink', she immediately knew what the meant and was over in 15 minutes.

10 minutes later you were taking a pregnancy test. Something you never thought you would do till after you were married and ready for kids. But here you are having just turned 18 and possibly pregnant.

After you had actually taken the test you flipped it upside down on the counter and put a timer on your phone for 5 minutes even though you probably would not look at it right away due to nerves.

It had now been 15 minutes since you took the test. Your timer had gone off 3 separate times. You hadn't looked at it.

"I cant do it" You mumbled to your friend

Your friend, Ameila, hugged you and told you it was okay no matter what the outcome was

"Can you look at it?" you ask her with tear filled eyes

"Of course" She nods and walks over to the bathroom counter that you had set the test on

You had your hands over your eyes so you couldn't see her reaction. She was standing there in shock.

You finally uncovered your eyes and she was standing there with the test in her hand waiting for you to come over and look at it.

You slowly stood up off of the floor and walked over to your bathroom where she was. You grabbed the test from her and took a deep breath.

You flipped over the test and there it was.

Two pink lines.

You were pregnant.

A single tear ran down your face until you let out a loud sob, falling to the ground and dropping the test.

You were thankful your parents werent home at the time seeing as they wouldve rushed into your room to see what had happened, and you were in no state for your parents to find out right now.

Hell you didnt know how you would tell Luke, if you even did at all.

You were scared shitless and weren't aware of your surroundings until you felt a pair of arms around you which belonged to Ameila.

You and Ameila had sat there for about an hour before she said she had to go home.

Once she left you walked to your bed and curled up into a ball under your comforter. For the rest of the night you layed there staring at your wall not knowing what to do.

Neither you or Luke were ready for a baby, You know Luke didnt want kids till he was married and neither did you. Yet here you were pregnant at 18.

The next morning you didn't even have to wake up seeing as you were already awake. You grabbed a hoodie and a pair of sweatpants to get ready for school.

You knew people were going to ask you if you were okay because you never dressed like this.

You didn't even bother eating breakfast seeing as you were probably going to throw it up anyways. So you grabbed your bookbag and car keys and started on your way to school.

You drove to school in silence and hadn't even bothered to check your phone at all this morning.

You probably had multiple texts from Luke seeing as you hadn't texted him good morning signaling you had woken up for the day.

You arrived at school and took a deep breath before getting out of your car and grabbing your bag out of the passenger seat.

You walked from the parking lot into the school already wanting the day to be over.
