"The southern border is littered with infected beasts, if we were to send troops to the eastern port, we may be able to cut them off." Operative Emotionless_Day stated as he moved a wooden pawn across a large map. The other operatives nodded and took mental notes. There was a large meeting happening at this moment, all operatives were present and took part in giving ideas and suggestions to the current war plans that were taking place. Great_Day leaned in and pushed the pawn over "foolishness" he grunted "we don't know every location of the Nights yet. If we were to blindly send our troops in we all would be slaughter—" "Daddy daddy!" A young voice shouted from the other side of the room. A small girl rushed into the meeting holding a withered rose in her hand. "Look Look! I found a rose! Isn't it lovely?!" All the operatives turned and stared at the little girl. She was no older than 5 and had wavy brown hair that was a little bit past her shoulders, she seemed and looked normal, only thing off was that she wore a black veil that covered her whole face. They all awed and chuckled, everyone except Great, who seemed to be rather displeased. "Thalia." (Th-ah-lee-uh) Great_Day snapped "how many times do I need to tell you to NOT interrupt my meetings? They're important." "I wanted to-" "out" Great interrupted, "but I-" "OUT." All the operatives quickly turned their heads and stared at their leader in silence, his daughter who was once bouncing up and down happily was now slumped over and staring at her father, she dropped the rose on the ground and then quickly ran out of the room. Tear drops splattered onto the marble floor as she fled the room, from then on she knew to keep quiet and shelter herself from her father.
