Trouble

Chapter 1~Prologue

"Smile for the picture Sweetie!" my mum said as we were posing for our family photo.

"But mum I don't want to" I whined while stomping my feet on the ground.

that's when my mum grabbed my arm and pulled me to the side.

"Listen here, you're going to smile I don't care how upset you are we are going to have a perfect family photo and a perfect family.. Okay remember what mommy says.

" No family is perfect unless you're the Hemsworth family" I said looking down at my feet.

"Good, now get back over there and please smile for the camera, can you do that dear?

"yes mum" I said as she picked me up and took me back to where my dad and the camera man were standing.

"Are we ready ?" the camera man asks

"Yes we are, smile Nessa!" my mother said in the calmest voice I've ever heard.

That was the day I smiled the most than I ever did in my life, After that I just kinda stopped. I felt like you shouldn't plaster some fake feeling on your face everyday. Surprisingly I remembered this perfectly even though it happened 10 years ago, starting today.

My name is Vanessa Hemsworth but everyone calls me "Ness" for short, today's my 16th birthday but it wouldn't really matter because my parents really don't care at this point, so I have that going for me. Anyways I usually spend my Birthday's in my secret place. A place where I can be me and actually just think for once. It's really just a rock. That's right a gigantic right next to a little stream in the middle of this trail in the woods near our house. It's truly beautiful and oddly comforting. Anyways lets talk about my parents, my dads a multi-millionaire, he really doesn't care about anyone but himself. Then there's my mum she never really wanted to have kids but since she had me accidentally, she would only like things her way, no other option. Which meant everything has to be absolutely perfect no matter what, my dad always said that she had some sort of OCD but I think we both knew she didn't want to face the actual truth.  Well that's enough of my life story, I don't like to talk about it especially since my life isn't really exciting. Well today, we're gonna go on our own adventure but it's not gonna be easy going out because yes my parents don't really care about me but they don't want me going outside like at all. They sheltered me to much as a child but that's only because my dads a millionaire so he doesn't want someone to kidnap me and send a Ransom for  millions. It's really only for money. So really we kinda sorta have to sneak out... Okay I know it sounds bad but come on you do it at least once in your life and plus today is my day, I get to celebrate it how I would like.
