The Oil Rig

"General Nero, we've secured the oil rig. All hostages dead, bar one. She's DEVGRU."
Dagger said, his radio lifted to his mouth
"Copy that Captain, get everyone to the top of the oil rig to RV with the helicopters." General Nero replied over the radio, the radio made his voice crackle with static "Roger, Dagger out."
Dagger said and put his radio away and looked over to his team.

To the Task Force the mission had been a failure, they'd only gotten one hostage and they'd found no intel. The mood was gloomy amongst the team. Ruddy was sitting with the rescued hostage, making sure the hostage was ok. Dylan, nicknamed Killer, was sitting on the floor with a disappointed look and Shadow stood, alert and waiting for orders.

"You heard Nero, mission complete. Good work 159" Dagger said, nobody seemed to take much notice of him, he sighed.

"Lets just get top side" he said tiredly and started to climb the ladder to the top of the oil rig, Killer followed behind him and Shadow behind him. As they got to the end of the ladder the team noticed Ruddy and the hostage weren't with them.

Shadow looked down the ladder to see if she could see the pair.

Dagger took out his radio again "Ruddy where are you?" he asked "I'm with the hostage, trying to find somewhere on this level for the helo to pick us up. The hostage's leg is broke. She can't climb up that ladder, Riley." she replied, her voice was static with the noise of the radio "alright, see you back on the base Ruddy" Dagger replied, as the three climbed up another set of ladders they heard a boat speed towards them and after a few seconds drive away. It must have picked up Ruddy and the hostage.

"We've been picked up, heading back to base. Ruddy out." she said over the comms, the noise of the boat speeding along was in the background.
