"Manong Jeepney Driver"

The jeepney drivers play an important role in our lives,
they drop us off safely at school, work and in all different places that we wish to go on.
They made our lives easier and more convenient as an everyday commuter.
But sometimes we also forget their sacrifices, they're driving all day whether it rains or heats up but still they continue to drive and give service.
They also sacrifice for their beloved family. Most of them are really tired at work.
We always told them
"Manong ari bayad and sa lugar lang sa babaw!" but sometimes we already forgot how to say "thank you!" even on small things that they've done for us.
Let's appreciate and acknowledge their sacrifices and services too.
I'm encouraging you, the one who's reading this article,
"don't forget to thank them and ask them if they're okay."
Small things really matter the most.
