False Hope

For the past few weeks, Mademoiselle had reached #1 on all Korean domestic music charts even topping the Billboard charts worldwide. All of the fans around the world were streaming the song and the music video. Even the Korean fans and the general public had listened to the song and music video. All of them squealing over the chemistry of the two. Everyone wondered if there was anything else going on between them.

All the music stations had sent calls asking if they wanted to perform on their broadcast as they had won first place on all the music shows. The song had blown up more than they had imagined. Both Theo and Jennie were so happy that so many people liked it even after a month after the release.

All of their idol friends have been calling and texting them over the collaboration asking how the hell it happened. All of Theo's friends kept teasing him over the music video scenes especially those who knew about his big fat crush. Jennie was not having it easy either, all her friends kept asking her when the two of them are going to date, what did it feel like kissing the Theo Park, what their relationship is like, how close are they, and the list goes on.

After a month and a half of promoting the song, the two had finally got a small break. Theo had planned something special for Jennie so he had messaged her to meet up with him tonight.

Jennie POV.

I had just got home after finishing my pilates class. I quickly got in the shower to get ready for tonight. I don't know why I but I could feel my nerves tingling throughout my whole body. Why do I feel so jittery... I couldn't take my mind off the thought of why Theo wanted to meet up tonight. He said he had something important to tell me. I don't want to get my hopes up but if it's what I'm thinking... No, I can't be optimistic about this. It might just be something about our collab or another project he's working on?

After my shower, I started applying my makeup whilst coming up with an outfit idea in my head. He said that he would come pick me up at 7.30 pm and it was 6 already, why am I so nervous?!?!? 

After I finished my makeup I quickly put on a beige short skirt along with a white shirt with a beige sweater vest on top. 

I heard my phone ring as I looked over to see who the caller was.

*Nayeon unnie*

Hmm? Why is Nayeon unnie calling? 

I quickly picked up the phone curiously.

"Hey unnie what's up?" I answered.

"Jennie-yah! I'm filming Amazing Saturday right now, say hi to the cameras~" Nayeon said. I was not expecting this.

"Oh! Really? Hello everyone, I'm BLACKPINK's Jennie~~" I greeted, I could hear the other cast members cheering and greeting me in the background.

"I called because your song Mademoiselle was the song we had to guess the lyrics for, and since I guested today, I wanted to show off my idol friend to the male guests," Nayeon said proudly.

"Ahhhh!! Really? Woah I'm a big fan of Amazing Saturday! Please invite me sometime!" I exclaimed, I really did watch it often whenever it was on TV.

"Woah I had no idea a world star watches me on TV." One of the MCs exclaimed which caused me to laugh.
