We often overlook mental health and emotional well being, we pretend to be okay.
Here's a sign for you to stop doing that, talk to someone, let it out.
It's hard to communicate how we feel, I know. So if you don't like people, get a diary, write down how you feel, it's not a sign of weakness it's a show of strength and bravery.
