When they got her back after Charlie having to do CPR, Carlisle got his mother back to the house and he started working on her. he found out, when the stake went into her, it hit her Liver, Lung and Kidney from how wide and long it was. He had to perform 6-7 hour Surgery in his house in his surgery looking room and she came out of it success but at a cost she went into a coma.
for them amount of damage her stake did she lost a lot of blood causing her to go into a coma. When Charlie found out the news of this, it broke his heart and he had to comfort Sam and Colby. they were mess to see there mother in the state she was in because of one misunderstanding but she warned them all if she got her heart broken.
When Isabella found out what her mother had caused, she was raging and she cut all contact off with her mother, she could not believe her mother would be Vindictive to another person let alone the women she seen like a mother from the first day they met.
It has been 3 days since this incident and Sarena has yet to wake up. even though she is weak because of her Supernatural healing abilities her wound was healed up after the surgery. Carlisle was worried his mother would never wake up and he would have to finish raising his siblings. Charlie sat every day with Sarena just hoping she would wake up at any point and hoping for a miracle.

i could hear this annoying beeping sound in my ears and my whole body was feeling very very weak, i could not open my eyes but i felt someone's hand in mine and Charlie's voice say, "Hey baby this has been 3rd day in this coma. the boys are going star crazy hoping for a sign for you to wake up but i told them to be patient all things come in good time but god did i mess up, i caused this pain for you because you saw Renee kiss me and for that i am so sorry baby. if i could turn back the clock and change it i would just so you were not laying here in this bed in a coma. Edward and Isabella have not left for their honeymoon because they want to wait until you wake up, everyone is up in the living room waiting for a sign or you to just for you to open your eyes but god watching you in this bed is driving me crazy. i did not tell you i loved you back and how much i loved you and how much i seen a future with you darling. you just have to open your eyes up for me so i can tell you i love you".
i took me a few attempts and i whispered weakly, "I love you too".

Carlisle father was a nice man at the beginning but he was also abusive to me. even when i was pregnant with Carlisle we would hit me, Kick me, Slap me and call me names anytime he got a chance and then he would say sorry and blame it on me".
he pulled my chin up to look at him and said, "Baby this was not your fault".
i smiled and said, "I know but it felt like it at the beginning. when i met you, you changed my whole out look on life and gave me a reason other than my children to live. you loved me for who i am not mattering if i was a vampire witch or not. so i have a question".

i hugged him back and i said to Charlie, "Go and get my boys, Edward and Isabella please".
he smiled and said, "Of course Baby".
he walked out and i pulled from Carlisle and he said taking a seat at the end of the bed, "Why mom. why would you do that".
i looked down with tears in my eyes and said, "I am sorry".
he took my hand and said, "Hey mom it is okay. i did not tell the boys you tried to kill yourself i told them you got mugged".
i looked at him letting my tears fall and i whispered, "Thank you".
he smiled and the door burst open. My boys rushed up to me and pulled me into a hug and Colby and Sam broke down crying. i rubbed their back and Sam said sobbing into me, "God i thought you would never wake up".
"Oh my baby's it is okay Mom is okay", i said rubbing their backs.
"We love you so much Mom", said a sobbing Colby.
i squeezed them tight and said rubbing their backs, "I love you too Babies. Carlisle, You and Sam along with Charlie are the best things that ever came into my life".
they pulled from me and Isabella came up to me pulled me into a hug and whispered, "I am sorry about Renee".

we fully pulled from each other and i said laying back, "Edward, Isabella get on your fucking honeymoon. i am awake and alive".

i laughed and said to Carlisle, "Call my assistant and tell her to get my Private jet ready for them".
he smiled and said, "Of course Mom".
Once everyone left my room to give me and Charlie some more Privacy. i grabbed him and pulled him onto me and i whispered, "I want to complete this bond".
he smiled down at me and said, "You sure".
i nodded and said, "yes".
for the rest of the day once he locked the door we spent it completing the bond which was us making love for him to become immortal. Once that was done we watched tv, Ate food, laughed talked and by the end of the night i fell asleep in his arms happy and feeling Safe.
