S4 E14 | ONE SHOT
"Let's just go back to bed and do what we did last night!" Olivia suggest while Spencer lays, satisfied, next to her.
"I would love to, but I kind of have this thing to do today!" Spencer responds, sarcastically, knowing Olivia is well aware of the event taking place in a few hours.
He lifts his resting body to kiss her neck a few times. "But we should come back here when we're done. So we can—-"
"—— No, I can't! I promised myself I would finish the 'homegrown hero' piece today. I have to. So you can come back here. But I'll be headed to the library." Olivia tells him.
"Okay, cool! I have the rest of the day off. I'll just go with you."
Olivia smiles at the fact that on her man's day off, he wants to be with her the most. Even if that means, she'll be a little distracted as she works, while writing,
"Before anyone else says it, let me tell you how proud I am of you." She says in between more kisses. "I know what the beginning of this season has been like for you. But you're a warrior. And you're continuing to persevere."
"Mhmm... I love it when you do that!"
"Do what?" She asks seriously as she bites down on her bottom lip to keep from smiling at his flirty ways.
"You make me feel like I'm doing something right," he tells her sincerely.
"Baby, are you serious? You're always doing the right thing. And that's why me and so many others, love you!" Olivia replies. "But just remember none of them love you like I do."
Spencer smiles as he assist her in straddling his lower torso, so that her bottom is sitting perfectly on his jewel.
"Not even my mama?" He asks playfully and Liv rolls her eyes.
"You know what I mean!"
"I know," he winks before they share a sweet kiss. "It's just that on the field, I haven't done much right, lately."
"You're a winner! And as long as you never change, you'll continue to win."
A phone alarm goes off and Liv sighs as it interrupts their moment.
"Guess it's time to go win," Spencer says, smartly, as he lifts up to kiss her again.

Spencer looks around the gym and it's filled with familiar faces as he prepares the announcement of his sponsorship with a local gym.
"This is so exciting, babe!" Olivia says as she walks over to where he's standing. "And this 'hero' article is shaping into something amazing."
He chuckles. "I'm flattered. But I'm no hero, baby! I'm barely even a football player anymore."
"One bad game and you're not a football player?" Olivia counters. "Dramatic, much?"
Spencer laughs, again, before she kisses his cheek in comfort.
"Spencer," they both hear his name before turning towards the door and seeing Gia.
She's a McDonald's All American. And one hell of a college basketball player.
"What's up, Gi?" Spencer hugs her and Olivia looks on from a short distance.
Despite them never meeting, Olivia has heard her fair share of Gia stories this past week. Because, apparently, she's been helping Spencer through the process of being a scholarship athlete with high expectations.
