LAST TIME

Princeton-(really harsh) what are you still doing here......didnt i tell you to leave

Roc-(stands up)ok thats enough Princeton

Nia-no its ok (hands Roc the food)

Princeton-(hits the food out of Roc's hand so that it falls to the ground and everything spills out of the bag)

Roc-WTH PRINCETON

Nia-(feels really sad and tears start to fill her eyes ) um uh i'll just go

Roc-wait no-

Nia-(runs back to the gas station)

WITH NIA

Nia-(runs up to the car.........gets in it)

Ray+Josie-(get in the car too)

Josie-whats wrong hunny

Nia-(shakes her head) nothing

Ray-you sure cause-

Nia-i'm fine ok

Ray+ Josie-ok

THEY GO HOME

WITH PRINCETON

Roc-WTF is wrong with you

Princeton-hey would you stop cursing infront of Gabbi

Roc-(sighs) fine..............but you didnt have to be so mean to her

Princeton-well what about the other kids at school and what they do to me.........what i just did to her was nothing compared to what they do to me

Roc-yeah but.............she looked like she actually CARED about you and-

Princeton-alright alright.............lets just drop this............please

Roc- fine

Princeton-good

Roc-(looks up at the sky) its getting late..........and we have no where to sleep

Princeton-(looks around and sees alley) we can sleep in there...........for now

Roc-(doesnt want to but knows its their only choice) ok (they walk into the alley )

Roc-(looks around and sees a sheet of cardboard) Prince we're in luck (gets the cardboard.....puts it on the floor and they sit on it)

Prince-(has Gabbi on his lap)

A FEW HOURS PASS AND THEY FALL ASLEEP

THE NEXT DAY

Princeton-(wakes up and looks at his watch)Roc

Roc-(still sleeping)

Prince-Roc (hits him)

Roc-(wakes up) what

Prince-we have school today

Roc-we cant go...............we have no where to take a shower and plus what will we do with Gabbi

Prince-yeah but.............if we drop out of school because of this there's no way we'll get a better future

Roc-(sighs ) what time is it

Prince-(looks at watch again) uh 5:30

Roc-why the hell yoou wake me up so early

Prince-cause we need to think about what we're gonna do today............school or no school

Roc-hmm (thinks a bit) hey we can go to Berta's place and take a shower then head on over to school

Prince-yeah but what about Gabbi

Roc-idk maybee you can carry her to school

Prince-are you insane i cant carry her to school

Roc-well.......idk lets just go to Berta and see what she thinks

AT BERTA'S HOUSE

Roc-(knocks on the door)

Berta-(answers it) hey boys

Roc+Prince-hi berta

Berta-what brings you guys here so early in the morning

Roc-um well................we were wondering if we could um take a um shower so we can go to school

Berta-of course you guys can (moves out of the way so they can walk in) just dont wake the kids ok

Prince-ok

THEY TAKE A SHOWER AND PRINCETON GAVE GABBI A BATH TOO THEN THEY WALK DOWNSTAIRS

Berta-so do you guys want me to look after Gabbi while you guys go to school

Princeton-if thats ok with you

Berta-of course it is

Roc-hey um Berta

Berta-yes dear

Roc-c-can we stay here.............until we get a job and stuff

Berta-uh well

Roc-please i know you took in some of the children from the orphanage but we wont stay long..............as soon as we come home from school we'll start looking for a job and-

Berta-ok ok...........you guys can stay............and i think that i can hook you guys up with a job

Prince+Roc-really

Berta-yes my husband's looking for some people to help him in his garage.....are you guys up for it

Roc-YES

Berta-haha ok i'll tell............and i made you guys some breakfast so go ahead and start eating

Princeton-thank you
